Location was close enough to town that you could easily get to restaurants and a grocery store, but far enough away that it felt like a quiet and remote location. Our tent was very comfortable, bed was amazing and the heated blanket saved us during the chilly evenings. The sauna was a highlight! The grounds/gardens were beautiful. Lots of attention to detail that made the location feel very homey.

There were a few problems with the bbq the first few times we used it but it was fixed by the time we left. Not a lot of space for prep in the kitchen, especially if the table is occupied and there could be more storage for food in the kitchen area (because bears!)

Gorgeous place in a very secluded spot but only about 10 mins away from Clearwater (supermarket, restaurants etc). The cabins are absolutely lovely, squeaky clean and done up with a lot of care and attention to detail, as are the outdoor areas (lots of seating, fireplace etc). Oh, and they have the most comfortable beds ever! Tents looked very cosy too. We didn't use the sauna but it looked very inviting.

Beautiful natural garden setting in the woods, quiet location close to town and Wells Gray Park. Good outside cooking facilities and seating, A/C was unexpected and really needed for sleeping

I think the listing suggests a TV in each chalet - ours didn’t have one. No problem for us but some might want to check in advance

The location is not far from the city centre. The resort is peaceful and quiet. The glamping area is surrounded by trees. The shower units are clean. It was a great experience for me and my mom.

I liked everything. But I need to point out that I went there the first week of July and there were lots of mosquitoes. If you want to sit comfortably outside the tent, please make sure to bring a mosquito repellent. Or the resort could provide a thermacell, that’s a suggestion.

We really loved our stay at Cedar Haven. The cabins are so cute and we enjoyed our daily evening campfire. It is a really lovely quiet place in nature. The cabin had a little sign with our name on it, which made it really personal and gave us a little "at home" feeling.

Nothing to complain about

Tents are luxury as described. Bed was extremely comfortable and hot blanket was heaven and took away any risk of being cold in bed despite cool wet weather outside Tent was massive so loads of space for table to eat at, side table for cafetiere etc, chairs inside and on deck Reception staff very helpful with ideas of things to do up the valley from Clearwater Very peaceful in woods BBQ is big and so excellent food produced by us for supper Sauna

Review Cedar haven We stayed in the one bed cabin as we were upgraded and we loved it. Plenty of room, well equipped kitchen, great coffee and awesome toiletries. We also made use of the sauna after a day of hiking and that was terrific too. A lovely setting, tranquil and relaxing.

Loved our stay, super comfortable even with the cold weather coming in. Could not imagine a cosier bed - the electric blanket was amazing. We loved having the sauna to warm up and the communal shower and kitchen areas were both very clean and had everything we needed. Big fluffy robes a huge bonus!

Nothing we didn't like but a suggestion: maybe provide some little slippers to go with the robes? The floor of the tent was cold even with socks on, slippers might have helped!

Clean cabin, beautiful location, perfectly serviceable kitchen and pretty much in the middle of the forest including the peace and quiet that entails.

Wifi was spotty at times but we didn’t really mind.

Very comfortable, peaceful, helpful staff and we didn’t feel too wheezed in with other guests, you barely knew they were there. We were given lots of tips about where to visit which was great.

I can’t really think of much we didn’t like - it was great and very well maintained.
