Location was great, staff was friendly, laundry on site, pool was clean, a decent temp and had great hours, beds comfy, room decently clean. And the restaurant by the hotel is really good, everything is made from scratch including the buns!

Nothing to not like. Cleaning in hotels is always a bit of an issue but they’re doing a great job.

A clean and spacious room for overnight stay. Location is easy to find. Plenty space for parking. The receptionist was very helpful. He provided the information on the places to visit at Wells Grey National Park. Following his info, we managed to visit 3 beautiful waterfalls. I also asked for the hot water kettle, which he was kindly delivered to our room.

We need to carry our luggage to the room at the upstairs.

We loved having the little kitchenette in our room! It really helped us to save costs and be able to make our own meals. The only thing that would've been nice would've been a table or couch to sit at to eat. But we ate outside and that worked fine!

Nice motel central in Clearwater near Wells Hray Provincial Park. Walk distsnce to many restaurants. Separat kitchen. Eady check-in sn check-out. A good restaurant - “ Hungry hiker” - besides the motel - with good breakfast.

The fridge was very loud so we had to switch it off.

Staff was extremely helpful when I was coming back through the other way. I wasn’t going to make it to the hotel until after midnight and they arrange to put a key in a safe place for me so that I could get it when I arrived.

I would’ve given tens for everything, but the Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. I was right in the middle of the mountains so I didn’t expect the Wi-Fi to work very well anyways.

A lovely spot with super helpful staff at the entry to Wells Grey Provincial Park. Room was basic but met our needs. We really appreciated being provided with a kettle on request. Grab a discount voucher from reception for a 10% discount at the Hiker's Halt where we had a great breakfast.

Tony and Ferna plus cleaning staff made us feel so welcome. They are all first rate. They made us feel like family. Will always book with them whenever we visit Clearwater

Loved everything

Beds were very comfy! Very clean. Outdoor pool was so nice,love the tables, gazebo and chairs at poolside! Has a restaurant right in front of the motel and pizza right beside. Great value!

GPS directions don't lead you to the correct location. We just asked at a restaurant where it was. Easy to find!

Large room with microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, and air conditioner. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. Clearwater is a great little place and you walk to everything (except downtown) from the Inn.

The walls were pretty thin and the floor squeaked, but fortunately I had good neighbours.
