The room was clean with enough space. Breakfast was sufficient. The best equipment was the free coffeemaker in the entrance area! Large Lobby with very friendly recepionist.

There was a fulltime smoker as neighbour - evening + night + early morning!!! We coudn't use the balcony or open the window for fresh air! Changing of the smoking policy with forbiddance of smoking in rooms and balcony and establish of central smoking place outside could be an great improvement!!!

The location in Clearwater is really handy. Close to all local restaurants and groceries. It is just off the highway and great access to Wells Gray Provincial Park. The rooms are clean and the hallways look renovated and tidy. There is a great restaurant, the Gateway Grill, attached to the hotel and it specializes in yummy schnitzels, pasta and other nice choices. The included breakfast is usual hotel free breakfast quality, but it is handy to get on with the day. There are some hot and continental choices in a bright sunny breakfast room.

The room was spacious and clean. There is a very cute restaurant/bar on site where you can have happy hour beer and delicious calamari. The breakfast was great! When we were there, they had just bought a new automatic pancake maker. It was a great addition. Staff were very kind and helpful.

The furniture and kitchenette can use some upgrade (actually the whole room in general; ours was on the second floor, first one on the right). The dryer wasn't working properly. We had to ask the receptionist to come down a few times to help launch it. The drying program was a bit confusing, so we ended up having to dry some of our clothes in the room. Also, there was no coin exchange machine or it wasn't working, so we had to ask the restaurant/bar for coins.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. It was nice to sit on the balcony and the breakfast was great. Also lovely to have a restaurant attached where we had a lovely dinner.

When we arrived to check in, we stood in line and were in time greeted with “Driver’s license and credit card.” There wasn’t a “Hello” or “Welcome”. There was a mattress leaning against the wall in the lobby that remained in place until the morning. I looked for the pool and never did find it and saw no signs providing directions.

Large comfortable refurbished clean room with small kitchenette. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely indoor swimming pool. Tasty food served at the Gateway Grill next door. Breakfast was more than adequate to start the day. The perfect location to explore Wells Gray Provincial Park

Wooden cutlery at breakfast, personally I don't like the taste of them with food - although I appreciate the eco reasons why they are used.

great view and deck to relax on. large clean room, easy access. Breakfast was good, area was large and clean.

Rate was a bit high. Pool was out of order, but we were allowed to go next door hotel...not really that convienient.

Plenty of parking, close to the main road for an overnight stay. Breakfast provided was ok. Pool and hot spa (didn't use it however)

Bathroom was tiny compared to the size of the room. Seemed like a poor use of space, could have made the room smaller to fit a larger bathroom with a proper shower. Room was a bit dated.

Large room with sitting area and kitchenette. Breakfast was excellent, much better than most. The best Quality Inn I have ever stayed at.

Booked king bed but room was being remodeled. Provided 2 queen bed room.

Room very well equipped, comfortable. Can't be faulted. Breakfast average. Check in staff Mattie very good.

The guy...sales manager...on checkout. He could have tried harder. Didn't ask was everything OK and was a bit abrupt when I challenged about this damage deposit that Quality insist on.

The pool was great for the kids. Breakfast buffet was excellent, lots of choice and the food was good quality. The hotel is quite an old building but our room was very fresh, a lot of the building has been refurbished. We stayed in the area after driving through Jasper, so were very happy with the price and value.

There was a lot of smoke from wildfires, unfortunately something BC is getting lots of.
