I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn Merritt, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The friendly staff at the front desk made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to Mr. Singh, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We encountered him in the elevator, and he took the time to ask if everything was okay with our stay - a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel valued. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great start to our day. Overall, I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn Merritt as the best hotel in the city. Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well.

Pool area was dirty and needed attention. Several children in the hot tub just before it closed and it was very noisy and not relaxing for adults. There were people drinking alcohol and eating in the hot tub and pool area and their kids were running wild. Bags of chips scattered on the floor. Hot tub wasn't nearly hot enough.

Very pleasant staff. Housekeeping and deskstaff were very nice. We liked the fact that the hotel is just out of town, but all necessary stores are around the corner. The mountain view through the panoramic windows in the super spacious rooms is amazing! See photo

Breakfast was very good. The location was quiet. Very nice and helpful person at the desk when we checked in.

The heater/ac was a bit noisy unless it was turned completely off. Notified staff when we checked out.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly.

The tub was very slippery, so when climbing, you have to be super careful. Then we realized there are no grab bars, so if you slip, nothing to hold on to.

Everything was great! The room was huge, clean, comfortable. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. Pool was warm. Loved it

Maybe don't play the news on breakfast room. It actually stresses some out

multiple stink bugs in our bathroom when we arrived which we had to remove breakfast was average at best, also staff told us it ended at 9 and they were still open when we left around 10:30 which was frustrating by the side of a motorway so not the nicest area (but we expected this) expensive for what it was

The location was great. Lots of great fast food chains and a Walmart all within walking distance. The room was clean and cozy. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great value for the money.

Location close to highway, so perfect for a stopover. Some restaurants in the vicinity. Room was comfortable, free parking and wifi available. Breakfast was included and was good, however only available until 9am. So no time to sleep in if you want to make it in time for breakfast 😉.

Nothing major really. Window couldn't be opened in our room, but if it were possible, there would probably be too much street noise from passing cars.

Location was great, right off the highway but not noisy. Pool was good. If there was any sound in the hallway you could hear it. With a baby trying to sleep that wasn’t ideal. The breakfast could use some work. The eggs were not edible they were mealy and had a bad taste.
