Complex was quiet overall from both street noise and other guests, room was clean and in good condition, ac worked well, front desk was nice

I requested a quiet room upon reserving and got place on the ground floor with parking right in front of my door. Not the end, or the second floor, just right in the middle with bonus foot traffic over my head. To be fair, the front desk did respond to my request to change rooms for the second night but I declined since I was already settled in. And no water pressure in the shower

As soon as I entered the lady at the desk/owner was VERY courteous and after a long drive from Calgary to Merritt, she was a welcomed surprise, thank you! Room was spacious, clean, and had everything there to make the visit pleasant...again, THANK YOU! I will probably stop here again next summer while driving out to the island! Thank you for everything =;)

Nothing much - hot water takes a bit of time to heat up for a shower...but it DOES work! =;)

The inn was easy to get to, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The attached restaurant was delicious with good service. There are easy to walk to fast food places, parks that are a close drive as well. Pool was cold, but felt good on a hot summer afternoon. It was a full parking lot but we never heard the vehicles come and go, and the room itself was quite quie as well. We would stay again and recommend this inn.

Accessing some of the rooms may be a challenge or confusing at first.

I travel through Merritt often. This is a great option to stay for the night. The staff are very friendly and always try to accommodate my needs (I often arrive at odd hours). Plus the rooms are comfortable and quiet to fuel me for the next day’s travel. Good value for your money!

I like how the levels are laid out.. Very good for people who don’t like stairs

nothing bad to say. Just change the room light bulbs to bright white higher LED wattage.. old bulbs are to yellow makes the room feel dull. Trust me it makes an amazing difference!

The staff were incredibly friendly!

The rooms were very dark with limited lighting. The lights that were in the room were not very bright! For someone who doesn't like to keep the window open so everyone walking by can look in, there was not a lot of light available.

I normally don't bother rating places, but I was pleasantly surprised how clean this place was, and I enjoyed staying here, due to the central location, and it was quiet. I chose this place for the price, but will be back for the quality.

Room amenities...large fridge with freezer. Microwave and coffee both great also. Large spacious room.

Very poor dim lighting. I had to use my phone flashlight to be able to read the controls on the heater. No table and only 1 side chair so had to eat our chili on the bed.

exceptional staff, super friendly and considerate. beyond accommodating and really went above and beyond to help this extremely tired and stressed out Mama at the end of a seemingly endless trip. The rooms are well maintained… some might consider the decor “dated” but frankly I loved it! felt homey and comfortable. the beds were perfect… if I could have fit one in, I would have stolen a mattress!

The pool felt a tad chilly… but we also had just come from Fairmont Hotsprings, so it’s more likely we’ve been spoiled with warmer than usual water! I also didn’t like that we only I’d one short night. would have been nice to spend a bit more time relaxing! 🤣🤣

The room was clean. They honored m6 request of ground floor. They had the air con on and our room was very comfortable upon arrival. We ate on site in the restaurant and the food and serv8se was excellent.

The hot tub wasn't working :( We didn't use the pool.
