Easy access to my vehicle. Comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave. Nice little patio which was not expected, and a bit of a view of the moountains around Kamloops. For the money, it was well worth the stay.

Only thing was there was no coffee maker, but the facility is close to many, many good places to get coffee, so no biggie. Other than that, it was great.

The staff was AMAZING and did everything they could to help me out when I was in a day to day situation. They all really accommodated me and I'm so grateful for their kindness.

The parking lot and exterior walkways outside of the rooms need a good power wash and sweeping.

Room was clean and front desk staff was excellent

There was nothing warm , no eggs , waffles or anything standard. It would be nice to have something like that especially if there's a hockey team accommodating. Some of the lights in the room did not work

Good location, nice clean room that was just right for our stopover, working AC, very nice staff

The bed was very high off the ground and had a creaky wood frame. The water temperature fluctuated from hot to cold while we showered.

The new management there is awesome and I’d suggest anyone to experience excellent hospitality, kudos to jee from main desk who was available 24/7 with a smile. Amazing customer service :)

Room and property may use a little upgrade.

The place was clean and tidy. AC worked great which was lovely during the heat wave we were there. The breakfast is just small things like cereal and yogurt, nothing fancy.

Breakfast was good. More than enough while travelling.

Ac kept switching off and on sporadically, that was a bit of an inconvenience.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had a jacuzzi tub!

Tv remote was a bit finicky, may have been low battery
