I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn Merritt, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The friendly staff at the front desk made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. A special mention goes to Mr. Singh, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We encountered him in the elevator, and he took the time to ask if everything was okay with our stay - a thoughtful gesture that truly made us feel valued. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great start to our day. Overall, I would highly recommend the Comfort Inn Merritt as the best hotel in the city. This was a stop over between destinations. When travelling it is important to us have a comfortable bed, get a good rest, feel safe and get in some food before hitting the road. This property met our needs. The front desk person was pleasant and welcoming. We’d stay again.

Very pleasant staff. Housekeeping and deskstaff were very nice. We liked the fact that the hotel is just out of town, but all necessary stores are around the corner. The mountain view through the panoramic windows in the super spacious rooms is amazing! See photo

Staff was great. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked very well.

Pool area was dirty and needed attention. Several children in the hot tub just before it closed and it was very noisy and not relaxing for adults. There were people drinking alcohol and eating in the hot tub and pool area and their kids were running wild. Bags of chips scattered on the floor. Hot tub wasn't nearly hot enough.

The manager openly berated the cleaning staff while we were at the front desk, waiting to check in. We also heard another couple who checked in after us comment about the same thing. It was disgusting how she spoke to him.

Good size rooms, updated bathroom, pool and hot tub were nice.

The bedrooms are outdated. Would definitely benefit from a refresh with some brighter linens and new flooring. Breakfast could have used some more options.

Breakfast was very good. The location was quiet. Very nice and helpful person at the desk when we checked in.

The heater/ac was a bit noisy unless it was turned completely off. Notified staff when we checked out.

The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was good. All the staff were very friendly.

The tub was very slippery, so when climbing, you have to be super careful. Then we realized there are no grab bars, so if you slip, nothing to hold on to.

Everything was great! The room was huge, clean, comfortable. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good. Pool was warm. Loved it

Maybe don't play the news on breakfast room. It actually stresses some out

We travelled in our 2018 Chevy Bolt BEV. Having two charging stations in the parking lot was a real bonus and one of the factors in our selection of this hotel.
