Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location. I'll be sure to book again here when I return to Merritt.
The shampoo was a soap/shampoo combo that had a hard time sudzing.

The desk manager was very kind. Price was good and we appreciated that there was no pet fee. WIFI was fast. Good heat.
We have stayed at a lot of budget hotels, but this was one of the most run-down and ill-equipped places we have ever visited. I don't know how this place got such a high rating. The sheets did not appear clean. The mini fridge was loud and rusty. The sink was cracked. The furniture was beat up, chipped and rusty. There was a pair of old socks in one drawer and a bunch of pots and pans in another, even though there was no stove. The whole place needs to be painted. There was a coffee maker and part of a bag of sugar, but no coffee, filters, or mugs.

dog food on the floor, the tv was stuck On, and the remote didn't work, Nd had to be unplugged to turn it off. no thermostat on the wall, and it was cold.

staff are considerate,they gave us a half refund cash when we ask that we can't stay for another night.
everything.the room was gross and dirty and musty smell inside.we can't sleep the whole night felt we will get sick during our stay.we left early the next day.
