Everything was fine overall. Nice location, tidy appearance and a really comfortable bed. Ease of access to our vehicle from our room. I thoroughly enjoyed having a bathtub where I could soak my tired old bones after a day of adventures.

It was a little bit confusing to navigate the hallways. And the lack of staff showed. The property offers a continental breakfast and the second morning the bagels were still frozen, but we attributed that to the fact that they were short staffed. We don’t blame the property owners because we see that pretty well everywhere we go nowadays. Nobody wants to work.

Staff was very helpful and gave us good advice. Having to leave early for the ferry we were given some take away breakfast for the long wait in the standby-line of the ferry to Prince Rupert. Hint: go there the night before to make sure that you are on the standby watining list; then it will be ok to go there only 1 hr before departure because they load the standby list in order of appearnance on the list - no use to be the first stand-byer to arrive...

The room was not ready because the other guests hat left an incredible mess. We had to wait for more than an hour until the maids had it ready. They were very busy (over 30 arrivals that day) and not prepared to have such bad guests. We felt sorry for them and were assured that they will also benefit from the penalty whom the bad guests were charged with. They offered us something to eat while we were waiting. We hope they don't have too many such guests.

It is a new owner who is so friendly. I had trouble with my booking and he got it straightened out asap. The room was large, comfy beds, lots of pillows. The tub is nice and deep and clean as was everything. Breakfast is included it's continental but adequate. The TV is a bit wierd but we figured it out. Come summer there will be new rv hookups something that is quite rare in Pt Hardy. I highly recommend this place the price was quite reasonable.

There was no tissue paper in washroom. The shampoo and conditioner was tea tree very nice. Could hear people upstairs but that lasted only for a few minutes

They offered croissants. For people getting the early ferry there was a buffet after 8PM with fruit and bread to make sandwiches for the morning. Fridge and coffee machine in our room and take away cups for an early ferry wait. Possibility to do laundry in the late afternoon. We were able to eat a take away supper from town on a table in our room.

Nothing gluten free but we don't expect that here, we bring our own. Curtains let light through.

Rooms had comfortable beds , good showers, fridges and microwave. There was a continental breakfast that I hadn’t been expecting and was a welcome addition. The staff were very helpful and responsive to our needs for check in and even helped us with sone spare batteries we needed for headlamps before heading out on the trail

We were getting up early so it was not a problem for us, but black out curtains would be an improvement

This place is under new management. The New owner checked us in late the evening we arrived and was there when we left at 6:00 a.m. the next morning. The place has a rundown appearance, but the new owner is doing his best to make your stay a good one. The past owner let the place go down hill so he (the new owner) is reopening one room at a time as each room meets his approval. It is about a five minute drive to the ferry. I would recommend this motel.

Don´t be fooled by the name! Being called Airport Inn I exepcted some noise but it was absolutely quiet! ;-) Nice rooms, very clean. A little patio and a parking lot right beside it. Breakfast might need a little improvement but they told us their pub will be open soon so that might even out ;-) Plus the nicest and most helpful manager one could wish for!

Not new or fancy but it had everything we needed at modest price. Good beds. Good pillows. Excellent breakfast. The night reception man was cheerful and efficient.

We had two rooms and the AC didn't work in one. But the weather was cool enough during our stay that it didn't matter much.

Stayed just for one night on our way to the ferry. The slightly stressed but friendly guy at the reception was very helpful. We could pack a bag for breakfast as we had to leave well before dawn. Rooms were spacious and clean, beds comfy. Very reasonably priced. Greatly recommended!

We found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful, which was appreciated as we arrived late after catching the ferry from Prince Rupert. Room was simple but clean and had everything we needed - it was also just a few minutes' walk to pick up our car the next day at the airport.
