Breakfast was okay. Staff was very helpful. location was good. the view of the harbour was wonderful and added to the enjoyment of the stay. The shower was excellent and other in-room facilities were very good. supplied binoculars was a nice touch and allowed us to keep an interested view of the harbour, the boats and the birds.

breakfast might be improved with added fruit and other options. Do you provide charging stations for Electric vehicles? if not that would be an improvement. Better/ larger shampoo and conditioners are needed.

Room was very comfortable. Lovely view from the lounge over the water. Complimentary Takeaway packed breakfast was delivered to our hotel room for 4.30am which was perfect for an early start needed to catch the ferry. Ferry port just a 10min drive away.

Although the hotel was clean and facilities were good, the decor seems very dated and depressing which does affect first impressions. I'm not sure if I hadn't booked I would have stopped which would have been a shame. The rundown looking restaurant next door doesn't help the whole look.

The breakfast room has a beautiful view and so do the room facing the harbour. They put out cookies in the afternoon by the coffee. Nice touch Walkable to many restaurants and shops. The bed was really comfortable!!

Our room was a bit small but comfortable. Personally I prefer the self serve breakfast . You have to ask the attendant for each item you want. I took a jam and peanut butter and was asked what I was going to put it on??

They let me check in @ 12:00 noon ,when I arrived, and gave a time to check out @ 12:00 next day so I was there a full 24 hours. By good luck the hotel was just across the street from the bus depot that takes you to the Airport ferry! Very convenient -- did not plan that!

My telephone was not working in the room, I reported it and some how they got it fixed off site.

The breakfast was very good, great selection, friendly staff member. The beds were super comfy. The place was quiet and the parking was secure. We could open the window and control the temperature in our room. Was restful.

The pillows felt like foam chip pillows and weren't very comfy. We could hear refrigerated semi's running all night long.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Our room and bath were totally renovated. we View View of the water was lovely from the breakfast room sitting area. It is a short walk to several restaura. Savemore and BC liquor are a short walk away.

we thought we had a view of the mountains, but it was difficult to see them.

There were a few things in the room that didn’t make sense - toilet paper roll holder in the wall in the bathtub lol I assumed it was from when renovations were done. carpet was stained and dirty, but you could tell it had been vacuumed and cleaned as good as could be. Replacing the carpet would be my suggestion to make the rooms feel a bit more comfortable

Nice views of the ocean from my room. Rooms were modern and clean.

The breakfast wasnt bad, but would be an easy place to make this hotel go from decent to standout. More options, get some fresh bread from the bakery, less single serve containers. Could really make this hotel shine.

Great location. Our room had a nice ocean view. Staff were very accommodating. We requested a room with a shower only, and the staff made it happen. We were kindly given a free upgrade. 🙂

The bed was too soft, but that is only my personal preference. The beds were in good shape and clean. Would have liked a microwave and kettle rather than a keurig. Also, it's just a personal preference.

Location great. Room great. AC was a bit noisy.

This place needs a restaurant and bar. Nothing else. Then it could compete very well with the Crest Hotel.
