The room was comfortable & immaculate. It is evident that the property has been recently renovated, as it has a contemporary feel & it is well maintained. The public spaces too were welcoming & cared for. The staff were all very polite & professional. A reception desk employee, Sargun (sp?), was so courteous & helpful very early in the morning (4:45 am), ensuring we were aware of the complimentary breakfast & when we should be at the ferry terminal. I was impressed with her poise & engagement at that time of the morning.

Clean. Good bedding & linens. Comfortable. We'll renovated. New flooring. Lots of electrical plugs. Easy access from parking lot. Plenty alternative parking. Late arrival (ferry) registering was prompt and efficient

A little tricky to find parking lot. A dog in one of the rooms yapped for some time as we went to our room. At 1:30am! I was mortified.

The rooms were nice and the beds and linens were comfortable, the extra deep bath tub was very nice

It is in a bit of a weird area of town attached to an old unused building, lots of garbage around on the ground and for such a large hotel it does not seem to offer appropriate or spacious parking, it is very tight and if a person isn’t well versed at driving you’d never be able to fit a truck

Staff were great

The street cleaner spent 1 1/2 hours from 5 AM to 6:30 AM cleaning the parking lot across the street & the street at the hotel. How about the evening on a weekend??? Pr Rupert does not appear to be thriving.. Unnecessary noise in the hotel area does not help the decision to return to this area!!

I really want to give a shout-out to the very friendly, efficient and helpful staff at this hotel. I stayed here twice during my trip last month, and each time, the staff went out of their way to make me and others feel welcome. Some staff have been there 20 years! As the hotel is so close to the ferry, everyone tends to arrive at once, and they were still patient and hospitable with everyone. The location is very central for Prince Rupert, and parking is easily accessible with an overflow lot if needed. Amazing local organic coffee in the rooms and always available! Breakfast was generous with good options.

Friendly front desk agent. Room was comfortable, very clean. Facilities such as TV, WiFi worked fine. Good coffee machine. Bathroom in good condition.

Use of small containers for shower gel, shampoo etc which are wasteful. Breakfast was quite basic with limited choices. Not so keen on the idea of asking for a $5 per bag storage fee which is donated to charity.

The front desk staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. The gentleman was so professional, he called to confirm some details that we talked about upon arrival. I will definitely make this my preferred place to stay will visiting.

Excellent staff, service was great. As good a location as you're going to get in Prince Rupert.

Shower handle was broken, staff rectified this is short order when notified the next morning. Ideally these things are identified prior to guests arriving in the room.

My room had the sound of the outside traffic light every time a pedestrian crossed the road. This isn’t controllable by the hotel other than potentially better sound proofing.

Smallish rooms with a fresh remodel that reminded me of European standards. The beds were so comfortable (medium firm) that I slept better than mist nights at home. AC was a bonus and nice ability to open a window. Love this property
