- Quite a new and clean hotel with big and bright rooms. - Good soundproofing. - Big and comfortable bed. - Nice pool with hot tube and even a water slide for the kids. - Nice location especially if you are visiting vineries. - Nice and helpful staff. They helped us with early check-in, cause our child need a sleep.

- Breakfast was not good enough. Low quality and variety. I would recommend to add more fresh food. - Sofa in our room was placed in front of a central air conditioning which was steadily blowing at night, which was not comfortable. - There was no shower and changing rooms in the swimming pool, so it was not very convenient.

Amazing hotel full kitchen incredible breakfast better than some resorts I’ve stayed at. Exceptionally clean, staff never not doing something. The views from our room never got old.

We were on the 4 floor no balcony if your a smoker recommend a balcony. We stayed for 1 week and the pool was shut down for Reno’s they should have noted on booking. Com also 2 nights were very noisy with heavy walking above us for hours.

Great hotel/suites establishment. Good location for shops etc, friendly staff. Complementary breakfast was better than expected (hot food options!) Room had all the necessary comforts (but very noisy HVAC system), & I was able to connect my ipad to the TV so I could watch my downloads on the TV screen. Respect! (The TV actually had some streaming options built-in, like NetFlix & PrimeTV, which I think is a great bonus.)

AC unit was one of those 'below the window, blasting air like a 737 jet engine' variety. Too noisy, and not really adjustable.

The breakfast was great, we really appreciated the variety and change up from day to day. We also liked the fresh fruit and the availability of coffee, tea and water when the eating area was closed.

It wasn't a huge deal but there were a couple of sports teams that checked in near the end of our stay and we needed to time when we would go for breakfast because when both groups were down we weren't able to find any room to sit down.

Breakfast was wonderful. I haven't had breakfast with wonderful options at a hotel in a while. The swimming pool and jaccuzi were alright. The hotel is located in a convenient place where you're not far from Lake Okanagan and from restaurants and convenience stores. The room was lovely with a nice balcony. Visiting in the summer would be a better option than when it gets colder so that you can enjoy the outdoors better. They have wonderful facilities you can use in the summer like a bbq pit. They also have board games available but you have to request them. The sunrise was beautiful. I wished they gave us a higher floor though so that I could have a better view of the lake since I did pay a little extra for a lake view.

It's a little pricey for a night.

Food Breakfast was mediocre and we had a quick dinner one night that was terrible The charcuterie board was very poor value for money and just very poor in general My salami was clearly bad (discoloured and hard) and the other meat had a funny taste They initially forgot to put the cheese on the plate .

The view, the size and layout of the suite, the amenities of the suite, pretty much everything. We loved the suite and the hotel. We will stay again!

The included breakfast is disappointing. The waffles are good, the rest of the hot food is sub par. I know it's an included breakfast but we skipped it after the first day. The coffee is very good though and the juice for the little ones is good as well. We had one issue where the comforter and sheet were dirty on one of the beds but the staff quickly took care of it. We paid too much for our stay but that was an issue with Booking.com

Excellent location in West Kelowna near so many restaurants and bakeries. And you could walk down to the lake. Clean one bedroom room with kitchenette and bathroom and housekeeping every 2 nights. Free parking and tasty breakfast. Highly recommend!

The staff were friendly upon arrival, it was the most smooth check in at a hotel we’ve ever experienced. The room was super clean & comfortable. Nice view of the lake from our room too. It was our anniversary & the staff decorated the bed with cute rose petals, we really appreciated the touch- thank you! There’s a big shower in the bathroom, coffee & tea for the morning, mattress was comfortable. Honestly there’s nothing we didn’t like about this hotel.

Modern building with a limited restaurant/bar. Convenient/safe for a solo traveller. Lovely view from my room. Room had vinyl plank flooring, no carpets so a huge plus for me. Very modern decor, minimal but had all amenities in a tiny kitchen. Great use of space.

AC was extremely noisy. I have room ACs in my condo and know that ACs do not need to be SO noisy!! Bathroom sink very slow to drain. Going back out to the parking lot in the dark to put a parking pass in my car….why can’t a license plate at registration be enough?!
