Location is excellent. nearby walking distance restaurant's and supermarkets are very good. Beds , linens and towels are of very good quality.

Sofa and occasional chair were of poor quality and sat much too low for many people, consequently were hard to get into and get out of. Minor maintenance issues that would reduce water usage include a kitchen sink that should have had a stopper so small quantities of dishes could have been hand washed and bathroom sink stoppers need adjustment so the sinks could hold water.

We had a fabulous stay at the Shore! The location is ideal, with outstanding restaurants on the ground floor, a gorgeous beach across the street, and a short walking distance to lots of other shops and restaurants. The building is new, clean, well-furnished, and the features and amenities (balcony, elevator, in-unit laundry) made for a very comfortable stay. The communication and check-in process were as smooth as can be. We would definitely stay here again!

Only one day's worth of toiletries were provided, and we had to request additional toiletries each day -- though they were very quick to respond and drop off new supplies!

Very good location. Across street from the beach park, Boyce-Gyro Park. Steps away from supermarket so that you can get food and all things you need fast. Can cook, clean, wash cloths all in the unit. Very convenient. The water kettle did not work when we first got it, called the staff and a new one was provided promptly.

The parking is tight. There were actually two parking lots and it was not mentioned anywhere. I was worried when the parking lot was full but found out there was another one behind it. It would be great if it was mentioned somewhere in the messages sent to us before.

Guest Services was amazing; we communicated directly and quickly by text and through Booking.com! The residences were beautiful, the kitchen well stocked with everything we could imagine needing. I liked that there was a second bedroom for our child. We stayed on the sixth floor with a balcony and it was pet friendly in a prime location -- directly across from Gyro Beach. The elevators were quick. Digital key access went smoothly once registered on the day of check in, which is at 4:00pm. Parking is an additional $10/night, which is less than a typical daily rate. There are a few attached restaurants, which was very convenient! Hope to stay here again when the construction across the street is complete, but it was fun for kiddo to watch the cranes. I recommend requesting a lake view, it's a great park!

There wasn't a broom in the suite; we could have used one to sweep up the beach sand :) I also bumped and bruised my knees on the bed edges quite a bit haha

Enjoyed the instructions prior to arrival on downloading app. It was an excellent location and restaurants are part of the complex which was convenient. Bed was amazingly comfortable and better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

Parking spots are very narrow. Most of us had to park on the line or over the line. This was disappointing. Also noticed some spots were wider then narrower as you move outwards from the centre of the lot. This was true in the overflow lot that we parked in all week too. The shower flow was quite low. A wee bit more water pressure would have been nice.

The location is near where we were visiting family but would be a choice location regardless. Across from the beach, near many restaurants and shops.

The furniture on the balcony is very uncomfortable. We noticed not many people sitting out so I suppose that helps keep the noise down. Similarly, the living room couch is also very uncomfortable, too deep. The units are minimally stocked but if you know that ahead of time you can make sure you bring the necessities. For example, 4 of us were there for three nights but only 3 packages of coffee for the French press were provided meaning we ended up going out to buy coffee.

Location was excellent, being across the road from the beach. The view was lovely. AC worked well. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and perfect for 2 couples, one with a newborn. The larger room with en suite was perfect for a couple with newborn as they had all the room they needed to care for the baby in the room. The rooms and apartments were soundproofed so we could not hear neighbors although street noise came through as we were facing the main road. The kitchen was supplied with all the cookware needed for meals.

Wifi was public (no password) so not secure. We used our data plan instead.

Location: 2min walk to the beach, 7min drive to downtown, bus stop right in front of the building (15min to downtown) Keyless check-in is very cool, just need to follow the instructions which was sent prior to your arrival then you will be easily get in to your unit. Staff is very responsive - when I asked for a hair dryer, they replied me back very quick and delivered it to my unit within 15min. The place is very clean. Bed is very comfy. Secured wifi is fast. All basic kitchen stuffs are equipped so you can make your own meal if you want. There are also good restaurants just right on the ground floor of the building. Diner deluxe has very good omelette and mixed veggie bowl - our go to for breakfast!! Last but not least, we are on a road trip so the ensuite laundry is a big plus+++

The apartment was a great size and had the all amenities for a family of three + grandparent. It was very modern and decorated perfectly for our tastes - felt brand new! Very good value for money. We made good use of the washing machine and lived very happily for a few days. The parking was complicated, but I didn't read the instructions properly/got confused and the staff were very helpful.

The only negatives were that whilst the apartment was generally very clean, the floors were grubby. We had very dirty soles of our feet and socks walking around, even though to the eye they looked okay. The balcony and its furniture were also very dirty, I don't think the cleaning staff fully appreciate how much dust and airborne grime settles on the outdoor space especially in the dry summer months. We didn't use the balcony. Also whilst the area is nice, close to the beach and other amenities such as shops and fast food joints, it is not close to 'the action' and we found it difficult to find a lively restaurant where would could have a relaxed meal. We did not want to eat at A&W, Tim Hortons, Original Joe's etc. which were the sort of places close by.

Great location. You only have to cross the street to go to the beach with sand, playground and rental options for paddle boards and Kajaks. There are some (to be fair genereic/ easy) restaurants downstairs. Was great and accommodating with a toddler. Supermarket is a 2 min drive. Apartment is well equipped and nice. The staff was very easily contacted via phone or text. There is only self checkin. So make sure you read the messages and follow instructions.

Unfortunately the beds were really uncomfortable. That was the only bummer.
