The room was spotless and very comfortable to cook meals. The pool and hot tubs were also great.

Check-in process was a bit rocky. I had paid for a Deluxe Suite and what we got looked more like the Standard Suite. When I asked the staff at the front desk and showed them photos of the room we got, the lady responded "that's all we have, and I don't know how all the rooms look. This is what the system gave me". Her tone seemed a bit rude and like they didn't care about customer service at all.

We had a fantastic mini weekend gateway with the kids. We booked a two bedroom suite, which was really great. If you have kids, the kitchen comes in very handy with all of the necessities needed. If you want to cook, make coffee, and use the microwave, it's all available. Dishes, cups, and utensils are also available. The suite is very clean, pool towels are provided, and bath robes as well. The hotel is very close to downtown Whistler, which is very continental as there are a lot of activities you can do around there. The hotel has a decent size pool with two hot tubs. Which was great.

I wish breastfast was provided. They do have a coffee station close to the lobby area, tho.

We stayed here for the first weekend of Crankworkx, and had a wonderful stay. We had booked a studio suite with a queen bed and sleeper sofa, but were upgraded to the one bedroom suite, so we were able to put the kids to bed separately  The apartment was close enough to the village ( and shuttle) that it was conveniently located.  The shuttle stops right outside the lodge, and brings you right to the village( we never used it though as we just drove in). The apartment was stocked with a lot of kitchen items - everything you need to cook your own meals. There was coffee, creamer, sugar , salt and pepper provided which was MUCH appreciated when our kids woke us up at 7am bright and early wanting to go to the pool haha. The only thing missing was tongs, and a pasta spork for the kitchen utensils. Otherwise, it had everything. The pool area is very lovely. It was very busy when we got there, so we couldn't find anywhere to sit, but we left our towels and robes on the hooks , and we hit the pool for a couple of hours . The kids had a blast.  The staff were all very friendly, and check in and check out were seamless. Bed was comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean. 10/10 recommend. We would stay here again

I wish there was more seating at the pool. The kitchen needed tongs, and a pasta spoon/ spork.

The room was clean and the furniture looked new or newer. The kitchenette was organized and clean. The kitchen tools were clean and newer, too. One thing I was looking for was clothes in the kitchen. I was not sure where to find it. If we could have a couple of paper cups, that would have been great, too. I guess this hotel cares about the environmental sustainability.

Actually, I did not have anything I did not like. Overall, we had great experience. My husband said the sofa bed was not much comfortable. I am not sure if there is a comfortable sofa bed which is like what the room has. We may choose a room with two beds next time.

The unit was awesome, Clean and perfectly equipped. We love everything from the balcony to the rooms inside. Kitchen was super well equipped and the rooms were super comfy.

Nothing to mention. We loved our stay and would rent anytime again at this location. If I can point only one thing that was a bit odd was the fact that we had to pay for the parking on top of our rental. We have paid a substantive amount for the unit which I understand, it's Whistler and it was right in the middle of the super busy tourist season.. but 25$ per night for the parking on top of the prepaid unit was a bit of a turn off. But anywhere you go in Whistler you have to pay parking (even at the grocery store)

The private balcony was very nice for sitting and drinking coffee or watching the moon. The shuttle bus to the village is just outside the hotel and was very convenient. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful.

The room was a little small for four people, with one king bed in the bedroom and one sofa bed in the living room. It was hard to decide who should sleep with whom. I wish you could offer a two-twin bed option in the bedroom instead of king. The lower jacuzzi was hot and working the first day, but lukewarm and didn't work the second day.

Close to the ski slope (walkable) and the Blackcomb gondola. It’s on the free shuttle-stop to the gondola for those who don’t want to walk the short distance. Swimming pool and hot tub were also great.

The underground parking lot is awful. Spaces are tight, with several pillars and building structures obstructing. Several big vehicles were parked in ‘compact cars only’ spots making the situation worse. Parking exit signs were sparse and were not conspicuous. Once you enter an aisle, there is no go-around if no spots are available, you have to either back out the whole distance or else turn around the vehicle in a tight end-corner. There is no alternative such as above-ground overnight parking. On top of all these, they charge a parking fee for using this. At least they should provide a valet parking service considering all the frustrations you would encounter if you try to park late in the evening when most of the guests have already parked.

There is a plumbing issue. Every time the toilet was flushed there is a loud sucking and gurgling that includes the bathtub and sink. It also happened when anyone upstairs or down stairs did the same. I believe it is a venting issue- either a frozen or covered plumbing stack or vent on the roof. I was worried that if there was no water left in the trap that we would be exposed to sewer air- something is wrong. We told housekeeping, and then reported it again at checkout. Was not resolved. Everything else was great.

Love the location, nestled in the woods. Driving up to the front enterance I loved the hanging lights on the trees, added a nice ambience. The room was clean and comfortable. Outdoor pool & hot tub were awesome! love the heated pool deck as well. Made it a lot more comfortable getting out in the cold! The kitchen in the room is awesome, love that we were able to cook meals there. Appreciated the cookware. Overall awesome stay! will be back.

Some ways they could improve would include: -Smart TV that you can watch apps like Netflix on. -More seating on the hotel room deck (there was only 1 single chair) -Who doesn't like a breakfast option? that would be amazing if possible

The hotel is nice, kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you want, even a dishwasher. There is AC which is great.

We booked a room for 3 people but had only 2 places to sleep ready and there was also only 2 bathrobes. Some dishes were missing in the kitchen so I hope they will not charge us. Parking is paid extra. The pool is small and it was full.of people splashing and jumping and screaming - do not book a room with the pool view unless you want to watch your kid from the balcony.
