The location is excellent as well as convenient ski storage. Just a short walk 1 minute from the Blackcomb gondola. We loved having a full kitchen for breakfasts before heading out to the mountain. We ate out for all the other meals. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the main whistler village. The upper village, where Le Chamois is located, only has a few options but good too- just not nearly as lively and fun as the whistler village.

Unfortunately the garage does not accommodate oversized vehicles (we travel with a ski box on the roof of our SUV) so this was a challenge. The pool was very very small. The lobby/hallways were dated in the hotel but the unit (407) was very modern and recently updated. We could not get the AC to work during our stay so had to have the windows open to stay cool while sleeping.

Super easy to check in at reception and get all the details from the front desk. Such a great location, even being right next to some restaurants it wasn't super noisy at night. Such a great size for 3 people - even 4! We didn't use the kitchen facilities but great if you don't want to eat out for every meal.

We had issues with the air con in the lounge area, it was on but just didn't cool down the room which made it uncomfortable for the person who was sleeping in that area (the bedroom however, was very cold with the air con on) We told the front desk and they said they would send someone from maintenance but no changes unfortunately

The location is excellent for accessing the Blackcomb gondola, but also a short walk to the main village (or a free shuttle right outside). Spacious rooms - separate bedroom with comfortable bed, living area, two bathrooms. Good hot shower. had most things we needed for a comfortable stay.

Very poor window coverings - it was so light at night that I struggled to sleep with all the outside lights shining in all night. You need curtains or blackout blinds in the bedroom, please. Also, the bathroom had been poorly cleaned. There were multiple hairs evident on the floor and in the shower before we even used this area. Although there were instructions on how to sort compost and recycling, there was very little information about where and how to dispose of these. I had to ask at the front desk.

The location of the hotel was absolute the best! Probably the closest hotel/accomodation to the Whistler gondola, merely steps away. The room had a beautiful view of all the runs, the gondola which was awesome to watch all the activity. The room was spacious and offered more amenities than expected. We never did use the pool or hot tub. The underground parking is pay parking, but for hotel guests it was only 25.00 per day and very convenient.

The only negative was that the room could have been a little cleaner. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed and the main bathroom, especially the shower stall wasn't very clean. Not usually that picky, but just a heads up to housekeeping.

Very modern and has working AC in the unit. Laundry facility was very useful. The location is a short walk to the lower village and at the foot of the upper village, great spot for kids entertainment. Also like that the shuttle is just outside the doors, so a quick ride to Lost Lake. Lobby staff was nice and greated me upon my entry on the first night.

Biggest downfall and the only reason I would not return is that the property wasn't thoroughly cleaned before arriving. There was a dirty sock found in the sofa and tissue behind the bed. Additionaly The water easily comes out of the both showers so we had to be extra diligent in keeping water from coming out. I wish that a minimum of 2 compost bags would have been provided for the length of our stay but that's just something that would have been nice and not a necessity.

Great size of the apartment in a nice corner location overseeing the mountains. The size of the hot tub is good.

The mandatory bike storage uses outdated supports not suitable for state-of-the-art mountain bikes. The security of the bikes is not guaranteed with a common code to the room. Guests are attempting to lock their bikes to a tube on the wall which can be unscrewed with simple tools. It needs serious update. The swimming pool is miniature and cannot be used for swimming. It is basically the size of the hot tub and is filled with cooler water. Parking is not included, if one decides to use the convenient hotel's parkade in the basement.

It was a nice, quiet and comfort place. The room was spacious enough for all of us. The Staff were helpful. The kitchen was fully equipped that I could do some simple cooking. When I made the reservation, I was hesitant to book this place as it only mentioned the heating system but didn't mentioned the air conditioning. Therefore, we brought our fans. But surprisingly it had air condition. We were very happy. We had a great time staying in this lovely place.

The dish washer didn't work. The maintenance person tried to fix it but failed. The gym was so hot; no air conditioning there. The bedding sheets seemed not very clean.

The location and view of this room is incredible! When you raise the window shades, you are staring directly at the mountain and can watch the gondolas on the move. While the condo is small, the layout and storage (lots of drawers, hooks for coats) were more than ample for our family of 4. The extra half bath provided enough room for everyone to get ready. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful from helping us with directions, extra towels, getting change for the washers, etc. New Year's Eve was a bit loud but that was understandable. Our other 6 nights were quiet. The walk to the village was beautiful and quick. We couldn't have been any more pleased with Le Chamois. Everything was wonderful.

Great unit looking at the mountain. Fantastic location in upper village. Walkable to everything.the unit itself was great everything we needed.

Hot tub was extremely dirty hair and bugs in it we were unable to use extremely disappointing as that was one of the reasons we booked. Unit is over a bar which is under the bedroom so was loud at times, but not a dealbreaker for us.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was so close to everything and quieter than the lower village.

Construction noise, smells, and pool being closed. They did not tell us about the pool until after we booked. It would have been better to pre-warn. The smell of the construction was bad, like a nail salon.
