Whistler is a beautiful place. The accommodation was in the best location in the middle of the Village. The space was excellent and very comfortable. The balcony was lovely for our morning tea/coffee.

All was good. There was a it of noise coming from the village area but didn't really worry us. The sun going down so late in Canada took a while to get use to.

Everything. The property was well-equipped, clean, and centrally located within easy walking distance to many restaurants and shops and a couple of grocery stores. It’s overlooking the plaza where the Olympic logo is located. Easy communication and clear instructions from the host. Parking within the building.

Expensive but that’s expected in Whistler

The location is convenient to shops and ice rink. The condo is very spacious and well equipped with cooking utensils.

The condo is not very sound proof. We hear a lot of noise when people upstairs stomping on the floor and when kids running in the hallway. Because it's close to ice rink it can be noisy and too bright at night.

Location was perfect. Style of suite was perfect for our group. Kitchen was well equipped. Having a pool.

204 - No power to kitchen in when we arrived, we had to flip breaker. 2 burners on stove never did work. Deck was dirty. Sliding door to deck needs repair. Kitchen Sink faucet needed repair while we were there , thanks for sending maintainance. 214 - TV picture bounces/flashes when turned on, couldn't watch it at all.

Beautiful accommodation with everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Great location too.

It was not clear that I needed to go to a different location before 7pm to pick up keys. Was a rush to try to find the place in time because I went directly to the rental property. So it made for an unnecessarily stressful start to our trip.

Great location, beautiful views and stunning site. Good facilities and staff were very welcoming. Hoping to return in the future.

Accommodation could do with a little update but still very nice place to stay.

Wonderful location with everything within walking distance! The facilities provided were great especially the ability to launder our clothing after several days of hiking and a deck to enjoy our evening views with a glass of wine. It was wonderful to have underground free parking so we didn’t need to worry about the car.

Someone had previously damaged the oven and the screen door to the lovely deck, but those things didn’t effect our use of them at all. The air conditioner worked well but was only in the living room, so having the two bedrooms closed off at night meant we were quite warm at night, however it was unseasonably warm while we were there so normally that wouldn’t be a problem.

Lovely apartment overlooking Olympic Square. Clean with plenty of amenities provided.

The smell in the corridor and lift was awful. Not sure if it’s something to do with the ventilation but they really need to rectify the issue.

Very comfortable apartment that is well equipped in a great central location. Loved the 2 balconies with mountain views off the living room.

Instructions concise and correct.

Booked specifically for Air-conditioning. At arrival it wouldn’t start, was hot in the Apartment. We advised Management and a helpful young man arrived next morning and reset it. I then had a vague memory of reading a review by a former guest relating the same experience. Aircon didn’t work, they called a Maintenance Man and he reset it etc., The aircon stopped working a lot. Usually at night. 3 small fans in cupboard and we always used one at night - it was too hot otherwise to sleep. Because of cramped bedroom - weird wall angles - the fan on the floor was a bit dangerous. Also a very strange unpleasant odour permeates the Complex. At elevators it is overwhelmingly awful. I thought it was the smell of the Garbage Room……
