Right in the middle of the Village, groceries, restaurants, pharmacy, shops all convenient. Slopeside ski storage. Nice cozy 1 bedroom with fireplace made a great base for adventures. Hearty hot breakfast, though it didn’t change day to day. Nice finishes throughout property.

Elevator and lobby were freezing. Lounge area closed for large portions of the day so nowhere to sit and read if you want to get out of your room. Staff were perfectly nice but not inclined to go out of their way for guests. I’m not sure it was worth the price given that the location isn’t slopeside. I’m not sorry we stayed here, but would look elsewhere next time.

Our stay at Pan Pacific was made convenient thanks to its amenities and exceptional service. - We arrived with a car that had a roof box, which wouldn't clear the garage height limit. The hotel seamlessly took care of parking for us, eliminating any hassle. - Their complimentary shuttle service to the tube park and sliding center meant we never needed our car during our stay—an added level of convenience. - The snowboard locker room next to the gondolas was a nice perk. Upon arrival, the staff placed our boards in the locker, and before our departure, they had them ready for us. - The staff was very kind - The fireplace was a good addition to the room

The room was spacious, beautiful, squeaky clean and luxurious. We had 2x 2br upper floor. It had 2 bathrooms (both with shower and bathtubs) 2 adult robes in each room and 2 kids robes, fire place, veranda, full kitchen and an amazing view. We went in the summer —July 2025. Staff were all super. Pool was warm. Plus there were 2 hot tubs. We came here for a family get together. We had kids from 3-14yo and they were very much welcome. Location is centre to everything. We were all impressed. The best Whistler experience.

I couldn’t fault it!

Upon check-in we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a one bedroom suite. We enjoyed the full kitchen in the room and some nights ended up eating in. Breakfast is included and the spread was a good selection of various proteins, carbs & pastries, yogurt and fruit. The coffee machine made excellent lattes, cappuccino, espresso etc. There was also an "apres ski" from 3 to 5pm with hot chocolate, cider, and some sweet treats which was a nice way to unwind after skiing. We liked the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, and the sauna. What we appreciated the most was having a ski locker at the sister property, Pan Pacific Mountainside which is located steps from Excaliber Gondola. After we checked in, the hotel transported our skis from Pan Pacific Village Center to Pan Pacific Mountainside. Each day we finished skiing, it was lovely to be able to drop off our skis so close by, change into our shoes and then walk a block back to Pan Pacific Village Center

It's pricey but they do provide excellent service

We have no complaints on this location. It is well placed in terms of the village and the room was not noisy at night. Conveniently located by a parking garage. Rooms are spacious and well furnished with a well stocked kitchen area. They were cleaned every day and all staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included.

1. Being charged extra for parking 2. Breakfast food was not labelled for allergens, that is the cooked food. For example, the scrambled eggs we made from powder and not fresh. We requested for this to be done but was not. Basically it was the same for all three mornings that we ate there.

The room as spacious, comfortable and offered everything we hoped for, including a lot of storage space and a functional kitchen. The room was clean upon arrival and the location right in front the ice machine was perfect for our demands. The breakfast offerings were fewer than usual, but attended all our expectations. The location of the hotel was as we wished, in the village center, a short walk from all restaurants and shops.

The check in was convoluted and slow. It did not seem that we were checking in, but rather getting into our own residence. No help with the luggage, no clear instructions regarding the location of our rooms and not a traditional welcome we usually expect from a hotel of this level. Nonetheless, everything was in order and after we got into our room, service improved somewhat. Our room was not cleaned the first day of our stay, even though we left the room unoccupied for more than 3 hours with the sign on the door.

We booked a suite perfect for a slightly more extended stay. It had a cozy living area, a fantastic bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. I loved that they offer free parking for EVs. It is in a great location within walking distance of everything. Everyone on the staff was terrific. Having the Raven bar on the restaurant on site is excellent as well.

When I checked in, no one mentioned the free parking for EVs, so we almost didn't get this added perk until someone caught it after we checked out and paid our bill, including parking. They refunded us, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand. Better signage for vegan breakfast options would be helpful as well. I also hope to see more transparency on sustainability efforts than generic signage—what community aspects are you involved in specifically, etc.

Free Breakfast. Staff was very helpful. The hotel and rooms were clean and welcoming.

Our original room was very nice but looked into a courtyard and looked into another building. Nowhere in the room description did it say there was no view and looked into another building. All the pictures of the hotel showed a view. Our room showed a picture of the window from the inside of the room with the curtain closed. I should have clued in that something was odd. We paid for an upgrade and moved into a different room on the 3rd night which was perfect.

Breakfast was a great selection. The location of the hotel was great. The room was amazing and the best room we have had on our vacation so far. So spacious and was well equipped if you did want to eat in

I always find it odd that you pay a good amount of money for a room and yet have to pay parking so would have been nice if that was included. The pool could have been bigger but I guess that’s based on space. That’s me being picky

The suites were spacious and loved the small living room for family to relax in. The bathrooms were gorgeous and comfortable with lots of drawers and an amazing shower. The bathrobes and the Aveda lotions and shampoos were awesome. Kitchenette was also spacious. The pool area was beautiful and modern. And the location was just perfect so close to restaurants, coffee shops, and trails.

I loved that breakfast was included. Would have liked a couple of more options for fresher breads and croissants and smoother scrambled eggs.
