Excellent location in the heart of the village, very good communication and helpful staff, easy and secure underground parking. The staff both apologized for the Lift failure and I saw that they had not only discounted the stay but also waived the parking fees which was appreciated.

The elevator failed and it took over 5 minutes before they responded to the Alarm. The elevator communicator did not work. All up 10 minutes in the stuck elevator before I was able to open the door and exit. Also room heater didn't work properly and I realised the filter was completely blocked. I took this to reception who had it cleaned and returned. Both these failures are due to lack of maintenance.

The hotel was well-located in the center of the village near all services, shops, and facilities. The suite (a queen studio, which faced out the back of the hotel onto greenery) was clean, comfortable, private, and quiet at night, which was a big plus in an often-noisy village center. The suite was smallish, but well-designed with good kitchen facilities for light cooking. The bathroom was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The bed and sheets were crisp and comfortable. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Parking wasn't included and is very limited. $30/day feels steep for hotel guests.

The room was very tidy and clean, I loved that it had AC and a separate fan and heater for the bedroom, and they left us complimentary snacks as we had stayed for my fiances birthday. The view from our window was great and we loved all the windows and natural light. The staff was very helpful and nice. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

As someone who isn't great with directions, the parking was tricky to find as well as pretty expensive. I know where to go for next time but as this was our first time staying in Whistler, it wasn't easy to figure out even with directions

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communications great throughout. Central to everything. Kitchenette was great to have. Unit was very spacious and appreciated the balcony.

Good value overall. Stairs to the bedroom are steep so just know that when booking. I had selected this property as advertised having fitness facilities. This consisted of a treadmill (out of order), a stair master (flashing brake error) and small number of free weights, in a tiny room that had sinks piled up in the corner. Wasn’t functional and as such should not be advertised as having fitness facility.

Loved the customer service and friendliness of the staff, the storage solution for equipment and luggage, the cleanliness, the updated room, the heater was amazing!, no sound through the walls!, the elevator, the refreshing of towels and checklist of all the service done! Everything was Simply Fantastic!! So clean!! The dishes and kitchen supplies were great— wish the kitchen knives had been sharper. Loved the complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby:) This is one of the cleanest stays I’ve ever been in!

Room was well equipped and very clean. Location is excellent, being positioned in the heart of Whistler Village. We stayed an extra couple of days and the staff were very helpful in helping us to extend. The parking is very conveniently located, below the hotel. Access was good and it seemed very secure.

The aircon unit was very noisy and would have been unusable at night. Fortunately it wasn't to warm during our stay so we didn't need to use it.

I really liked the location. I also loved that I had a full apartment basically! The queen loft was amazing. I was pretty satisfied with everything in the room.

A light above the kitchen would have been nice. It's very dark even with the oven fan light on. There were chocolates under the chair in the living space, and my dog found them immediately. Also, the plug in the bathroom didn't work, which I didn't realize until an hour before I went to check out.

It's a great central location for skiing/mtb and a very short walk from the gondolas. We didn't find the street noise loud when going to bed either. The room was a little studio and was very well equipped and had a lot of storage. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed our short 2 night stay here. The staff were very helpful and we used the underground car park (~$30 a day). There was use of an outdoor pool and gym just across the road at the sister hotel which we used and that was nice to relax in the sun after a big riding day. We also had a decent sized balcony overlooking to main street which was a nice bonus, especially to dry swimsuit before packing to fly home.

The a/c unit was loud and very close to one side of the bed. Being from the UK this isn't a normal feature in most homes/hotels so we needed earplugs (which were provided) to get to sleep.

The pool and hot tub were great! You literally can not beat the location. It is right in the village with quick access to the gondola and chair for biking. Very nice to be able to bring the pups with us. Small kitchen with two-burner stove, toaster, keurig, water kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, and glass ware. Was nice to be able to make breakfast for our selves before heading out for the day. Whole wall of windows was awesome, but the multiple shades they had made it even better! The black out shades were clutch when wanting to sleep in a little bit after a late night. Helpful staff and easy + very secure storage of bikes.

We were on a floor with no elevator access. We had to take the elevator then go down a flight of stairs to our room. Made loading/unloading difficult since you could not get away from stairs. The table in our room only had one screw holding on the top of the table which make using it a little percarious. Getting the pets out to grass was a little harder than I'd like, especially with early morning potty emergencies. Very efficient use of space but you could not have the bathroom door open at the same time as the front door.

The room was nice and compact Kitchenette was great. Staff where great they helped us. Glad they provided ear plugs to block out inconsiderate people. I take my hat off to the staff after reading reviews, it would be hard to put up with whinging people and their stupid little complaints. Example noise from gutter when raining, bed too hot (take blankets off), smell of ash fire place, ETC We enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Inconsiderate people, we had a herd of Buffalos above us. They didn't care about the noise they made, they stomped as they moved around their room, doors slammed when leaving which is not the fault of Hotel. So when you book a room remember there are other people staying. If you have a problem a suggestion would be better like the bathroom could have more hooks to hang clothes.
