Excellent location right in the middle of all the restaurants, pubs and shops. The room was large & very comfortable with a kitchenette, small dining table & small balcony. The price was good but of course it was end September when we stayed. I would stay again.

As a traveller from overseas I would have thought parking is included in the room rate rather than be an additional CAD$30 per night. We chose to park in the public parking nearby for CAD$18 but a bit of a hassle. To be fair, I knew this before arriving. The advertised hot tub was actually at another hotel across the road! Perhaps this is revealed on the Booking com site but if it was, I didn't notice. We did choose to use it once but it wasn't really worth the effort as we couldn't just go down in our robe.

The location was fantastic. We were Mountain Side and I can only imagine how stunning the view is in winter. It was so convenient for shopping, eating out or just having a cool drink in the village. We only wished for cold weather to pop the fireplace on! Private sauna in the bedroom also would have been great were it cold. The kitchen was so well appointed, you could have cooked a Sunday roast if you were of the mind to do so. Full size fridge, microwave, cooker... everything you need. Oh and lovely comfy robes. Couldn't ask for more at that price point.

The pool area has absolutely zero ambiance. Even so we thought we might take a swim, but there was construction on an adjacent building happening at the time. The thought of lapping up some rays to the gentle sound of a JACKHAMMER, was not really that appealing, so we gave that a miss. Construction - not within the hotels' control. Ambiance - within the hotels' control... maybe some potted plants 🤷🏼‍♀️

Excellent location in the heart of the village, very good communication and helpful staff, easy and secure underground parking. The staff both apologized for the Lift failure and I saw that they had not only discounted the stay but also waived the parking fees which was appreciated.

The elevator failed and it took over 5 minutes before they responded to the Alarm. The elevator communicator did not work. All up 10 minutes in the stuck elevator before I was able to open the door and exit. Also room heater didn't work properly and I realised the filter was completely blocked. I took this to reception who had it cleaned and returned. Both these failures are due to lack of maintenance.

We liked the location couldnt be any closer to Whistler Base and Village. The room exceeded expectations when we walked in. Good size and well appointed kitchen. The staff let us keep our bikes in valet longer than our check out since there was room

We had a funny time looking to use the pool next door. So we needed some clearer instructions on that and it is a bit of a walk outside in the robe to get there. was looking to have a bit more of a romatic setting- which it was until night time. there were a couple of warm light bulbs but they were getting replaced by cool light bulbs and it gave a office vibe to the room.

The hotel was well-located in the center of the village near all services, shops, and facilities. The suite (a queen studio, which faced out the back of the hotel onto greenery) was clean, comfortable, private, and quiet at night, which was a big plus in an often-noisy village center. The suite was smallish, but well-designed with good kitchen facilities for light cooking. The bathroom was spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The bed and sheets were crisp and comfortable. Will definitely book this hotel again.

Parking wasn't included and is very limited. $30/day feels steep for hotel guests.

The room was very tidy and clean, I loved that it had AC and a separate fan and heater for the bedroom, and they left us complimentary snacks as we had stayed for my fiances birthday. The view from our window was great and we loved all the windows and natural light. The staff was very helpful and nice. Will definitely be coming back here in the future!

As someone who isn't great with directions, the parking was tricky to find as well as pretty expensive. I know where to go for next time but as this was our first time staying in Whistler, it wasn't easy to figure out even with directions

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Communications great throughout. Central to everything. Kitchenette was great to have. Unit was very spacious and appreciated the balcony.

Good value overall. Stairs to the bedroom are steep so just know that when booking. I had selected this property as advertised having fitness facilities. This consisted of a treadmill (out of order), a stair master (flashing brake error) and small number of free weights, in a tiny room that had sinks piled up in the corner. Wasn’t functional and as such should not be advertised as having fitness facility.

The location is excellent — 10/10. The hotel is right in the central village, where the gondolas and main creeks are located. Our room was spread over two floors, very comfortable, with the bed located on the upper floor.

There was no housekeeping during our stay, as it is only provided every fourth night. The amount of coffee supplied was not enough for the length of our stay. Additionally, the elevator does not stop on the third floor where our room was located. It only stops one floor above, so we had to carry our luggage down to the room

This place is right in the centre of whistler. In between pristine nature! We absolutely loved it. Our visit was happening in September but I am sure that coming in winter months would make this stay even better. You can set a fire in your room, which was spacious and really equipped to ensure you have everything you need.

Property still hasn’t released my deposit and stay happened 3 days ago. We seem to get a bit different room than shown on the photos when booking. To get to the pool you have to walk cross the street.

Parking location was super convenient to accessing the hotel. Location of the hotel is right in the middle of everything, so very little searching when finding something to eat or getting a coffee. Also drug store and grocery store within a block. Room had all the amenities one would need. Reasonable price as well.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable I have ever slept on, but it was okay. Some of the walls, corners and balcony showing their age a little, but cannot complain for the price. Clean and tidy.
