My stay was thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable. My room, in particular, boasted a remarkably high ceiling, which, despite the small space created a wonderfully spacious and open feel. The kitchen facilities were a pleasant surprise. It was well-equipped with dishes and pans, providing everything necessary to whip up a simple dinner, which I greatly appreciated. While salt and pepper were provided, I did note the absence of cooking oil and knives, which would have been a useful addition. One minor point was the air conditioning unit, which could be quite loud. However, the window allowed for fresh air, offering a good alternative. Beyond the room, the service was excellent. The receptionist was consistently friendly and welcoming, contributing positively to the overall experience. The lodge's location is also nice. Situated right in the center of the village, it was convenient for shopping and exploring, making it perfectly accessible even without a car. Given the comfortable accommodations, the convenient location, and the friendly staff, I would certainly choose to stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Location was great, check in was super easy, communicated was fast and informative. Facilities in room were perfect. We cooked, had coffee in the morning, lovely shower, plenty of storage. Great size room and super comfortable. Above all else the price was cheap for whistler and what we got.

Parking was pricey, and the garage a nightmare, but this is what you have to expect in towns like this, same as the cities - but there is a choice to park super close for cheaper ( although not in the winter overnight you can not )

- Location & price combo beats everything. Consistently most affordable accommodation we can find in Whistler with 5 minute walking proximity to the gondolas. (Not cheap at all but comparably to other closeby resorts). - Basic room but have all you need for toiletries and kitchen equipment. - Fireplace in rooms is a nice touch for alpine vibes and warming up after ski. - Comfortable bed. - 24 hour reception if you arrive after midnight etc.

- The hot tub has been in renovation for over 2 years now...Safe to assume it's gone for good. - No pool, hot tub or any relaxation options. - No housekeeping but can change towels and ask for shampoo etc. from the reception. - Ski room can be better if we can keep the ski poles and boots there too.

My husband and I usually go to Whistler once a year. And every year I end up booking this hotel. With so many options around the location really is the best. It close to the gondola so after a day of snowboarding, its really nice NOT having to make that long trek back to your hotel and get those boots OFF. Why I end up booking here is year after year nothing else beats your price. This is probably my 4th or 5th time booking this hotel and we go to Whistler either in winter or summer.

It was a perfect location! We had access to laundry machines, detergent, dryer, dishwasher, and a well supplied kitchen to prepare simples dishes. The check desk staff were very helpful, polite, and the candies were a nice treat. The room was spacious with lots of hangers and plug outlets.

We were disappointed to find out that the hot tub in the spa was out for order (and has been for 2 years). We rented through Vacasa which boasted about hot tub and pool access. The room does have a spa style bathtub if needed.

Great location, adjoining with the Pan Pacific near the base of whistler. We were in room 618. It has a lovely fireplace and was very clean with a comfortable bed and fairly well stocked kitchen. Off season it would be possible to park for free on the nearby lots, but not in winter. Speedy elevator. Cozy heating.

Overall it was very good, and I'm glad I booked it despite some less favourable reviews here. Like many places in whistler it is quite old, but it was in better condition than a lot of similar places we have stayed. The gym was just a few cardio machines in a basement. The window was small (though if you go to it you can see mountain views outside).

Two bedroom unit with pullout couch bed in living room comfortably accommodated 5 adults. Well equipped kitchen included laundry machines (we did not use). Small terrace was nice. Located right on the Village Stroll so very convenient location. Underground parking good though for a fee.

No central AC. There was a stand alone AC unit in living area. One bedroom had windows that could open for ventilation. One bedroom has no windows or AC. There was a portable fan which we needed as the room gets stuffy when door closed. We left the 2 bedroom doors open for air circulation. We were not there during peak summer heat luckily.

Awesome location, great value for money, right in the heart of the village. Full kitchen was great for preparing meals for our family of 6. We spent Christmas here and watching the snow fall outside was magical. Easy walk to ski lifts, bars and restaurants.

The only minor thing was the kitchen could have been a little better stocked. We ended up buying a roasting tray (and left it there) as there was only one small cookie tray. A jug, serving spoons and a colander would have been helpful.

Excellent value for money. Great location. We booked 2 rooms for our extended family of 7. Clean, tidy rooms with all the necessities for a comfortable 10-night stay. Short walk to ski lift. Short walk from Vancouver Airport shuttle drop-off point.

The photos at time of booking were slightly different to the actual room. The actual room was smaller than photos.

Loved the location right in the heart of Whistler, easy walking and plenty of public parking near by for our car. Front of house staff went above and beyond on our arrival as we needed a sharp knife and our microwave oven tripped a fuse.

Booking.com photograph and description of the second room was way off the reality. "Twin beds" translated to bunks in an airless, windowless closet. This might work for children but not for two adults. As the other family room was unavailable we had to live with this for 2 nights and sofa bed alternative in lounge not comfortable. The lodge did attach pictures to our booking confirmation but as we had already scrolled the Booking.com images, we never looked at these and the booking was also pay in advance so would have made no difference anyway. We were informed that Booking.com had been supplied with images of this room and the Lodge has no control of which are shared.
