Beautiful facilities - pool, hot tubs, furniture - has it all. Our den had another bedroom set up which would be handy if needed & at no extra charge. King bed was superb in condo #403. Furnishings seemed new ....... Pool & hot tubs & outdoor area well looked after..... Staff were very friendly!

Late check in @ 4pm and early check out @ 11am means you have far less than 24 hrs in an overnight stay. Luckily the staff were accommodating and allowed us to use the facilities [but not our room which worked for us]. TV screen in living room was not much bigger than my laptop screen.

This is a lovely property. It is located outside Whistler so it is far more quiet. There is a bus outside that takes you to Whistler - $2.5 each way and takes about 15 to 20 minutes. If you want to be in the midst of the restaurants and shops and action, this is not the place. There are a restaurant or two here and a coffee shop, but that is it. It is far quieter. It is walking distance to the lakes.

The unit was very nice. It is just an inconvenience if you want to go to the town. Their photos of the main village show a big village when really there is only one small area. Only two restaurants we noted and one is very expensive for Thai Food.

Super close to the Creekside gondola, convenient. Daily housekeeping. Pool for the kids.

Initial check-in at Legends was awkward. The employee made a relatively big deal out of parking our SUV with Thule box in the outside lot. It’s 8 feet high total; we wouldn’t fit in the garage. Also, I get check-in is 4:00PM but 3:45 is pretty close to at least see if the room is ready and give us our key. Which the room was ready and we checked in on-site with a very helpful employee. All was good!

Location, comfort, space and decor were all exceptional, very much enjoyed our stay.

Washing machine didn't work, just moved clothes a little bit in water as the drum seemed to be broken. lots had to be hand washed.

Beautiful mountainside lodge. Feels very welcoming. Finishings are great mix of wood and stone. Common areas are spacious and well-maintained.

Couldn’t figure out how to get in-floor heat to work. Could use a new television in LR. Combination lock on ski locker was really old and hard to open.

Amazing place, located at the bottom of the mountain. Rooms were immaculate and as always exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful property - right in front of the chair lift - clean and quiet - the Check in/out was very simple and great customer service. 01/30 was my husband’s birthday and he appreciated a card and a nice gift from the hotel staff. Thank you 😊

Location is very central but quiet at the same time. Accommodation is extremely well equipped - bath, shower, toiletries, lots of towels, fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge/freezer, laundry facilities, plenty of storage and TV in both bedroom and living room. Lovely veranda overlooking the forest. Super comfortable beds! Safe and secure parking (extra cost).

We stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and informed the hotel of this. There wasn't any acknowledgement of this special occasion for us, which would have been nice even if it was just in the form of a complimentary bottle of bubbles left in the room.

Convenience of a w/d, patio, shower, and access to a kitchen equipped with real utensils - plates, flatware, cutlery, etc.

Check-in was a bit confusing. Would have liked the spa and pool to be open before 10am. From a customer service standpoint, I wish they would have told us about the big bike race happening over the weekend. We would have done a better job of planning our day to avoid the additional traffic. There was a party that arrived on Saturday. They were noisy. We closed the windows, but could still hear them until 11 or 11:30pm.
