Amenities are decent. Location are superb!

Solo room/studio room is tight and not much of space. Bed is need some changing and already sagging. Book and swap! I booked and saw 2 available rooms for the same configuration with washer and dryer on the photos online but was checked in without it in the room. Kitchenette was okay but really can’t cook as no exhaust in the room. Changed the linen myself as no housekeeping for my two week stay and staff are kind of pointing each other who can pick up the dirty linens. One staff even told me to bring it outside the property myself.

We loved our stay at Cascade Lodge as it had everything we needed and was in a great location. The room had coffee machines, a toaster, microwave and kettle, so it was easy for us to self cater. We particularly enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi which stayed open until 10pm which was great as in summer it's still light at 9.30pm. The Lodge also had a washing machine and tumbler dryer for guests' use which was cheap and very convenient. There was also an Avis desk for us to hire a car, so made life very easy. And it was walking distance from the village, shops, cafes and the biking and walking trails. We loved it!!

A very small thing, but the washing facilities needed coins and the hotel is cash free, so we had to go across the main road to a cafe and ask for change. Keeping a bit of change behind the desk or having tokens that can be bought by card would be a much better solution.

Good location close to bus stop, short walk to shops and restaurants, but free bus was great when wearing ski boots. Pool and spa were nice. Friendly staff.

The heating units were so loud, that you had to turn them off to be able to sleep. This meant that the room got a little cold over night.

The location was perfect with a short walk to the village centre

The property was lovely with access to the pool & hot tub. The only feedback would be to put a curtain on the window by the dining table as it was light in the room at 5 a.m which made it a bit tricky to sleep in.

Location was excellent just a walk across the road to Whistler Village

Didn’t get my room made over for my direction of the trip and had to ask cleaners for extra product

Gorgeous all round. Beautiful rooms with incredible view of the mountains. Well stocked coffees and mini kitchen. Washing machine and dryer. Location perfect. 100% would return!
