Well organized, location was good for buses/ food/ shops, bed was comfortable, room was small but had everything we needed, nice view
Slightly longer walk to the ski lifts, very doable but only major downside, room was a bit old but for the most part clean

I thought the hotel was fantastic - I got a good deal on a one bedroom suite and it had a stunning view of the mountains. It had a kitchen that had basic stuff for cooking & eating which was nice to make some meals in the room. The pool is quite large and there are two small hot tubs as well. Location was perfect - right outside the village and walking distance to the gondola in the morning. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall the facilities were nice and I would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing. Steps to the village - cafes, shops, restaurants and slopes - but just tucked away enough that it’s quiet. The condo itself was spacious and it was so nice having a wraparound balcony to enjoy our morning coffees. Facilities were nice too - we spent lots of time in the hot tub (only downside was the 2 hot tubs are small and often very busy, though no fault of the property) and the heated pool.
The bed pillows! I’m not typically picky about pillows and it’s never been an issue for me before.. but they were SO large and uncomfortable. Could not sleep on them. We ended up swapping them for couch cushions (and putting pillow cases on them) but that was not much better. Having some smaller pillows available as well would be nice.

comfort and room size and very clean.
Only 2 small hot tubs, hard to get in one at the end of the day , maybe 2 more would be good for the size of the lodging.

Under ground parking was good and clearly identified. Once we understood how to navigate the rooms/parking areas with the codes it was easy. WIFI information prior to arriving was useful for paying to park (£12 per day). The laundry facilities in our room was an added bonus for us ! You can sit out on the balcony comfortably too unlike some places I have staying in. Very clean, everything you needed for self catering was available even down to the extra laundry tabs. We were very impressed. The location was incredible, walking distance to the Village and the hub of the town/restaurants. The pool was nice with towels provided as a curtesy. All in all I was amazed at the value for money that we got here.
The only one critique was that our room was pool side which can be a little too noisy late at night however window shut and aircon on helped. I did wonder if the other side was better but was told by another guest that there was no views. So I feel that if one can cope with a noisy late evening/night then the morning sun on the balcony and quiet pool side (mornings only) is a win win.

Checked in when we arrived; had been emailed an 8-digit door code so all straight forward (communicaiton is all good). All the appliances (microwave, stove/oven/fridge/washing machine/drier, kettle) are there so it is like a mini home away from home. The room we had was huge but I noticed from the floor plan rooms ranged in sized - we were just lucky? It is all dated but it is functional and works. Shower was amazing - hot and lots of pressure :-) Were able to leave our luggage after we checked out and waiting to catch the bus to Vancouver (5 mins walk to the bus loop). Hotel is 5 mins walk from the north end of Whistler. Reception was always helpful.
Heating was not going when we arrived and we couldn't figure out how to sort it (when we needed it in the evening). Room was still warmish - just nice to be a bit warmer so not having heating was not a huge thing. Called reception who sent a person up the next morning ... and replaced the battery in the wall panel. After that, all good.

A clean comfortable room with decent kitchen facilities, including a kettle, microwave, filter coffee machine and hob. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a bath and a powerful hot shower included. We went for a room with a mountain view and the view did not disappoint. It was a highlight of our stay with a spectacular view of Whistler Mountain, Blackcombe Mountain and Whistler village. The location is also ideal for access to the gondolas for both mountains, and is very close to a good sized supermarket, restaurant, bars and cafes etc. Would definitely recommend this place.
The bedroom was quite small and the furniture a little dated but it wasn't enough to impact our stay.

The location is amazing, right in the village, took us like 6 min walking to get to the lift. Great facilities: hot tub, pool, gym and sauna. The room was nice and quiet, we had everything we needed
The sauna was not hot enough

The pool and hot tub were amazing! Two hot tubs which is so nice if it’s busy. There was even a sauna in the change room which was a bonus. Pool chairs were really comfy. So close to the village. Very convenient place to stay and great for the price. Was able to connect my Netflix in the second room I stayed in and it had curtains to block the sun which was amazing as the first room I stayed in was very bright.
The smell of the cleaning products was extremely strong and made me feel sick (but I am sensitive to smell) I had to air out the rooms and then it was fine. I booked another night and switched rooms during my stay and was told my room would be prioritized so I could switch in to it early. However I wasn’t notified until half an hour before check in. Wasn’t a big deal as I spent the day outside but I checked at 3 to see if it was ready and was just met with a no well text you when it is but didn’t offer to check or anything. Didn’t really seem to be prioritized in the end but that’s ok.
