Good size rooms, helpful staff and very clean apartment. Pre-arrival contact was excellent. The location was also very good, with a ten minute walk to Whistler village and ski in ski out from Blackcomb. Room 366 also has a good view over the pools and the slopes. Would highly recommend staying here.

The pool and hot tubs were quite small, but this was not really a problem as there was room for everyone who wanted to go in.

Condo was nicely equipped and furnished. Clean and comfortable. Great location for ski in and ski out. Really liked having a ski shop in house to get equipment amd gear. Ski Valet was a great service.

Location is great with very close proximity to the Gondolas to explore mountains. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds.

It would have been good to have a standard checkin at reception rather than all through email.

It was good for two couples to have apartment-style accommodation to spend time together, with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The rental was well-appointed and clean. We enjoyed the pool area, and the proximity to Blackcomb gondola and village.

We couldn't make use of the outdoor seating area as it was under repair, and workmen were outside the windows at 9am, which is probably an isolated incident, but avoidable.

Lovely apartment, well equipped, with underground parking and a pool. Close to the centre of Whistler. Note we stayed at NorthStar rather than Aspen (due to pool closure).

Our main purpose to Whistler was to someone most of our time on the slopes; hence the ski in ski out option for this location was a plus point! The reception desk was helpful when we needed to book taxis; and store our luggage when we check out. Rooms and property were clean and comfortable. 2 bedrooms are perfect for families since there is a comfortable private communal area. Hot tub was my main criteria when selecting my stay and Aspens had good ones.

Limited food options around the vicinity which also makes this area more tranquil. Skis/snowboards have to be stored with the valet, which causes a queue at peak times.

Self contained. Good Unit and proximity to lifts. Very nice hot tubs!!

Minor items. Unit could use more forks, spoons knives ect So dish washer does not need to be run when half full. The unit overlooks front driveway so snow plow noise at 6:00 am often heard

Great location, clean, beds were comfortable, quiet place

No A\C in the main area of the unit. Only in the main bedroom. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot while we were there.

Super easy- I received a phone call 30 minutes prior to arriving, so I picked them up and all went well!

Would have been helpful to know I had to pick up the keys prior to arriving, especially in a different location than the accommodations.

Great place to stay, with a balcony and an outstanding view over the mountains. The size of the rooms and living room was big and thus very comfortable. Comfortable rooms with 2 bathrooms. Great kitchen, with many equipments.

The mattress of the single beds were a bit used and soft.
