The Hotel was clean and comfortable. It's location has several dining options nearby as well as the on site restaurant. It is a very spacious and well maintained hotel.

The staff started off friendly while we were checking in, when they saw that I had booked through Booking.com they were less friendly. Another guest was checking in at the same time and was treated with far more courtesy than we were. It is a little sad that they treat people who book through a discount app this way.

The room was very large. Location was terrific--right across the street from the Keg, and other restaurants. The hotel was very busy, as a number of people had been relocated there due to the fires up north. We spoke to several of these folks on the elevator and empathized with their plight. We appreciate the efforts of the hotel to accommodate them.

We did notice some bags of garbage in the hallways.

The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable with a great view of the city. Modern furniture added a touch of upscale feel to the room. Staff were friendly and the express checked out option was awesome and very convenient. Breakfast vouchers at Altos restaurant in the lobby was a amazing.

The parking lot could use some much needed upgrades and the bathroom wasn’t as clean as expected.

The King Suite with a connecting Queen room and another room across the hall let us gather in the sitting area of the King Suite - we were traveling as a family from different points of origin so it gave us a place to gather to be together - and then it was so convenient to pop down for meals and Thanksgiving buffet on the Sunday.

The beds were comfy, and the room was nice and clean. The staff was nice and informative.

The attached roadhouse bar needs to find different location or something. You can hear the loud music all night. Not overly child friendly when people are cutting up and acting crazy.

Comfortable room. Excellent food at the property restaurant. Great restaurant staff.

Check in took much longer than normal. I have stayed here many times before and the check in agent was difficult to understand and confirmed every detail of my ID etc. Was not a smooth process.

I like the idea of being able to walk to the indoor arena without going outside.

Restaurant hours seemed weird. We ended up leaving the hotel to eat elsewhere cause there was no place to eat there at supper time.

Staff were absolutely amazing. The place was updated, clean, and comfortable. Kids loved the slide, pool and 2 hot tubs. Great location. New favorite hotel in Brandon. Thanks for the great stay.

Great rooms and comfy beds. Clean and nice. Pool was awesome, has 2 WORKING hot tubs, a fun waterside and nice sized pool. They had a promotion for free breakfast for each guest which was an amazing deal!! Included coffee! Very very impressed.
