Cleanliness in the room was good, Pool facility was awesome as we enjoyed it, Ambience of room was good & quite and matched our expectations, the staff behavior was satisfactory, breakfast was good with variety of food items served as breakfast - overall good experience.

There was hardly anything that we did not like. I just faced difficulty in having the invoice for my stay because hotel says it will be issued by hotel booking site while the booking site says it will be issued by hotel itself. So even after 5 days of my stay at hotel, I am still following up for having the invoice.

very impressed with the size of my single room. I had 1 king sized bed. there was a kitchenette and the bathtub was huge. Also a pull out couch, and a partial wall separating the bed from the couch area. My toddler could go to sleep without being bothered by light or conversation. very satisfied. reasonable price.

Breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. We didnt get there in time.

Very clean and the beds are perfectly comfortable. Room doesn’t feel too small and having a patio door to drive up to is a bonus. Only 15$ per night for the dog is actually a pretty good deal. Breakfast is pretty good too.

Coffee is terrible, tastes like instant, and the cream is that hydrogenated creamer. Need at least real cream.

We had 2 rooms booked and though they were on separate floors, we were happy with our rooms. The set up they have for pet friendly rooms was perfect. There was a sliding door to the outside which made it so convenient to run our pup out for bathroom trips. The rooms were spacious and clean. The pool area was clean and the water was a nice temp. A little perk is the quality products they use in the showers. Dove brand large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No having to call down for extras. Would definitely stay again.

The breakfast food quality was disappointing. Other than a cup of coffee, the food did not appear appetizing. There were, however, teams staying so alot of kids and perhaps we just went down at the wrong time and it may not have been refreshed in time.

Facility is good. Pool, bedrooms were good. Stag was polite nd kind! Check in and out great to reduce registration time.

Floor Around the pool and steal around pool need attention. Jacuzzi needs maintenance and cleaning of tiles and steel bars. Breakfast was good but not much variety.

The location for my stay was perfect. Rooms are nice and big and the price was great. The front desk fellow was courteous and very helpful. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast goes until 9am so that was nice.

The parking is a little tight. We have a bigger truck so finding a spot to get into and be able to get out of was a challenge.

We stayed for a wedding , and was accommodating when asked for an early check in and also let us stay a little later! Amazing staff friendly and o was impressed with everything

Not to the fault of the hotel, when we got there for check in there was no power for a few hours so trying to get ready (makeup/clothing) in the dark was a little hard, but it came back on in enough time to get it all Under control

It was really clean with great staff.

The only things they need to fix is the click in the king room was not comfortable and way too close to the floor. The breakfast was ok but the potatoes were very dry. All and all it’s a great hotel.

The location is convenient and easy to find. The hotel looks clean and organized. The parking lot is big. The room is big enough.

The gym room is small. The equipments are limited. The washroom was tiny in the bedroom.

The hotel is clean and the front door staff are knowledgeable.

The location was far from the area we were visiting. The bed mattress needs to be replaced. It squeaked every time I rolled over thus waking me up
