On a positive note, we loved the spacious suite we were given. The nearby restaurant, Albert's Bistro, located just behind the hotel, is a fantastic option and comes highly recommended. We also want to highlight the front desk staff, who provided exceptional service. They were very approachable, considerate, and easy to communicate with.

The cable channels were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. We had my partner's mom with us, and she stayed on the pull-out couch. When she requested extra pillows and blankets, the hotel was unable to provide any, making her nights uncomfortable. The hot breakfast selection was also lacking variety; it only included scrambled eggs and pancakes, with the rest being cold options like cereal, muffins, yogurt, and toast. Additionally, the person overseeing the breakfast area made us feel uncomfortable by constantly watching as we got our food and coffee.

Breakfast is a good concept but running out of Cheese Whiz is just not Canadian! Aparently you're having problems obtaining it from your suppliers. Plenty in Safeway and Walmart! Just didn't want to buy a whole jar's worth for a one week stay. (I flew back home from Australia to visit my sick Dad.) The microwave egg discs and pancakes should not be served, they are terrible! You need a chain saw to cut through the hard pancakes!

Food truck delivery at 5am! Brought it up with the manager the next day. Received an apology but no offer of restitution.

The location was perfect - easy on and off Hwy #1. Close to a Bistro and shopping. Meaghan , Sherry and Tobi were very friendly and helpful -gave us advice on good places to eat. The breakfast was excellent - and a nice variety of choices. The server was always checking to make sure there was a good supply. We would recommend this place to stay to our friends.

Not too much - only thing we didn’t mention to the cleaning staff that the bath/shower soap dispenser was missing and the conditioner dispenser was empty. We didn’t miss it as we had our own, but should have told the staff to replace them. Noticed that the arm chairs in the lobby and the one in our room need a bit of cleaning or updating.

Breakfast was good with a decent selection. A good start to the day. Location was convenient to the highway but back enough to dampen most of the noise.

Tub was slippery and valve for tub/shower was seized in 3/4 shower position so water came out of shower head as soon as the taps were turned on. This also caused reduced pressure as some water came out faucet. Pillows were like bales. Would suggest having 2 different sizes instead of 2 large firm ones.

I have stayed here in the past it is a nice hotel great location friendly service.. love the DVD borrowing option for the room

Damage deposit is a little high for one night I understand people have damaged and made messes but the next day I stayed in a similar hotel for four nights in Winnipeg and the deposit for all four nights was half of the amount this hotel charges also was not impressed by a guest handling all the bagels and muffins in the bags taking them out putting them back with his hands and the person just let them do it that was watching that's kind of gross lol and the sink in the bathroom look like it was about to crack in half in my room

The staff were happy and had smiles, their friendliness made it comfortable and inviting. We especially appreciated having a couple laughs upon check in with the gentleman who was behind the desk late that night. He even had our tired kiddos laughing and he didn’t know it but in doing so it helped us start to let go of the stressful night we had just had. During breakfast we also some good laughs with the gentleman behind the amazing bacon and waffles. He was more than helpful and it was a great start to the day! We will definitely be back.

Sauna, hot tub even. The kids would have so loved a pool! The hotel lobby and hallways were pretty warm but we really can’t complain as it is such a minor detail and the room was more than comfortable and cool which was great!

The hotel and room were super clean. All amenities were as expected and sufficient. Good fulfilling breakfast, which is served starting at 6:30am - this was super comfortable, as we needed to leave very early for a sporting event. The price is best in town - you cannot get any better value for money. Staff was very welcoming and answered all our needs

Could not find a single negative side. This hotel was perfect for our needs. The lack of a pool is the only downside, but it did not affect our stay, as we had no time for it anyways

The room was comfortable and bathroom clean and big. I was there for 1 night traveling through the area and it met my needs. The bed was comfortable and large and the TV was good. The shower and bathroom were what I needed. The wifi was fast and easy to access. I felt safe and comfortable there.

There's nothing in Brandon. It's a stop along the way. There's nothing to be done about that. Just so you know. But as for the property, there were no issues with it. It met my needs for traveling. Would stay there again.

The bed was amazing. We stayed two nights and I had two restful nights! The suite upgrade was so worth the cost. Having two separate sleeping accommodations was perfect for our group.

There was only one remote for both TVs in the suite which was fine for our group but another situation might find this a bit odd. The reservation was made for three people but the sofa bed was not made up (most sofa beds can be made up a then retracted. It would be made up and ready for sleeping when pulled out) and inappropriate for guests to be expected to make up the bed themselves.

All staff that I encountered were awesome, friendly and so helpful!! Cheerfully managed to change our room from 3rd floor to ground floor ad there were problems with elevator and 1 of us has difficulty with stairs. Good breakfast , great hot chocolate and mocha. Bed very comfortable, room large. Sink and lengthy countertop with fridge, microwave, and coffee maker appreciated. Would definitely book here again if staying in Brandon
