Everything was excellent, the young lady at check in was super friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and bright uoon entry, the breakfast had a very good variety of choices. Would definitely stay here again if we're ever in the area again.

Everything is fantastic i would only suggest if you can make the duration of the breakfast any longer ? As we come there to spend over the weekend we get time to sleep in because of the breakfast wrapping up early we were not able to attend it always Thank you

We stayed in our own king room the first night, as we had an event to get ready for the next day. And then shared a 2 queen room the second night as a family. First impression was made the very friendly staff. We found the room well laid out, lots of space for luggage, clean and bright. We appreciated the black out curtains- they worked awesome! We all agreed the free breakfast was probably one of the best ones we have been offered. The hotel was very busy, but they kept the breakfast well stocked. There must have been a hockey conference, the little kids had the run of this place. I would say that was the one draw back. But the hotel did have signs posted and the constant storming of the halls did almost stop by 10 pm. There is a “sound privacy” door in the room, to give extra help with the hall noise not transferring into the room. I would 100% stay again. It was located right across from the Keystone Center, so very convenient for our needs. Restaurants within easy walking distance, but we chose to use our car as it was still chilly. Had a great couple of hours relaxing at the Blackwheat brewery, a 5 min drive away. Grabbed ice cream and specialty coffee at the local Forbidden Flavours shop, just a block away. Enjoyed dinner at Browns social house, a block in the other direction. Great weekend in Brandon.

The room was absolutely lovely, very comfortable bed and bedding. The bathroom so well equipped. I liked the shampoo dispensers, so much better than the little bottles. Everything was so clean and that helped us feel comfortable. Keep up the great work!!

Clean room, black out curtains, friendly check in, close to event we attended and comfortable bed and pillows.

A large number of families with small children left unattended to run halls well into the evening- regularly until 10pm and then a few times after… You could hear this in the halls outside the room and down the hallway, but also on the floor above. I would not recommended putting children on the upper floors, so when they run- they aren’t above quieter rooms? Maybe couples or those not part of ?hockey? tournament could be in a quieter section???

Breakfast was really nice, staff were right on top of everything, fresh coffee, eggs, nice variety, and clean. Lot of place to sit, bright dining room.

Friendly staff, great continental breakfast with eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, bread, muffins, danishes, yoghurt and whole fruits. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with microwave, coffee station and plenty of towels. Comfy bed.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Brandon Holiday Inn, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! This gem of a hotel deserves nothing less than a five-star rating for its outstanding customer service, impeccable cleanliness, fantastic amenities, and ideal location.

While the room was very good regarding sound proofing, I would have been happier on the top floor. Easily heard heavy footsteps and running both at night and in the morning from floor/room above us. Not the hotels fault.
