We stayed in our own king room the first night, as we had an event to get ready for the next day. And then shared a 2 queen room the second night as a family. First impression was made the very friendly staff. We found the room well laid out, lots of space for luggage, clean and bright. We appreciated the black out curtains- they worked awesome! We all agreed the free breakfast was probably one of the best ones we have been offered. The hotel was very busy, but they kept the breakfast well stocked. There must have been a hockey conference, the little kids had the run of this place. I would say that was the one draw back. But the hotel did have signs posted and the constant storming of the halls did almost stop by 10 pm. There is a “sound privacy” door in the room, to give extra help with the hall noise not transferring into the room. I would 100% stay again. It was located right across from the Keystone Center, so very convenient for our needs. Restaurants within easy walking distance, but we chose to use our car as it was still chilly. Had a great couple of hours relaxing at the Blackwheat brewery, a 5 min drive away. Grabbed ice cream and specialty coffee at the local Forbidden Flavours shop, just a block away. Enjoyed dinner at Browns social house, a block in the other direction. Great weekend in Brandon.

Clean room, black out curtains, friendly check in, close to event we attended and comfortable bed and pillows.

A large number of families with small children left unattended to run halls well into the evening- regularly until 10pm and then a few times after… You could hear this in the halls outside the room and down the hallway, but also on the floor above. I would not recommended putting children on the upper floors, so when they run- they aren’t above quieter rooms? Maybe couples or those not part of ?hockey? tournament could be in a quieter section???

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Brandon Holiday Inn, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish! This gem of a hotel deserves nothing less than a five-star rating for its outstanding customer service, impeccable cleanliness, fantastic amenities, and ideal location.

Friendly staff, great continental breakfast with eggs, pancakes, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, bread, muffins, danishes, yoghurt and whole fruits. Room was spacious, clean and well equipped with microwave, coffee station and plenty of towels. Comfy bed.

While the room was very good regarding sound proofing, I would have been happier on the top floor. Easily heard heavy footsteps and running both at night and in the morning from floor/room above us. Not the hotels fault.

Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. The staff were accommodating and friendly and went above and beyond even with the blizzard. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely be back again.

Location was excellent and it was really nice.

The noises from the suite above us. It was always loud and would start at 2 am and wake me up. I would think for a newer building that noises wouldn't be that noticeable.

Clean, new hotel. Good parking, close to fairgrounds. Staff friendly, helpful. Breakfast good. Nice pool. Quiet in the room. Good TV, fridge. Bathroom very clean. Great curtains to keep out sun & lights.

Kids running 6:30am on the above suite......not hotel's fault.....just tired parents that couldn't control the little ones....

Room was exceptional. Bed was comfortable. The desk and chair was comfortable to work at. Situated close to restaurants and stores.

Had my dog with me. There was nowhere to take her to do her business except a boulevard. There should be a dedicated area also some info on where in the city I could take her for some exercise. It just seems like “pet friendly” was an afterthought and not well thought out.
