I loved the breakfast!!! I wanted waffles with strawberry sauce and whip cream and they had it!! The kitchen staff were really sweet and helpful. It was my birthday that weekend and it was a delight.

The food counter was not tidied frequently and was cluttered. I believe the kitchen staff was doing their best, but I think with the influx of people, they probably couldn’t keep up. Also, the halls were very noisy. At one point after 10pm, I politely requested the children to be courteous of sleeping guests and they promptly did such.

Perfect location when driving through on the trans Can. Comfortable, clean room, friendly staff. The coffee machine with the different types of coffee drinks was great and the breakfast was good! Very impressed that they had gluten free waffles! My husband is celiac, so very much appreciated!

The room smelled a bit damp, but nothing bad enough to change rooms or anything.

The breakfast was awesome with lots of variety, especially for picky eaters :) The food was tasty, well stocked, and again, the variety was great. The breakfast room was sufficient, one morning we took our food upstairs b/c it was a bit crowded.

We were directly across from the elevator and it was a bit noisy at times, mostly in the daytime.

Bath tubs are too shallow to have a meaningful bath. It was difficult to air the room during winter. Breakfast had too little of a variety. Toilet flush lever was damaged.

So comfortable clean and sound proof.. small kids in next room and only heard them in the hallway. Waterslide was exceptional. 65 yrs old and I loved it and so did my 16 yr old granddaughter.

I loved it but found it a little pricy for a night.

The breakfast was fine - healthy options were available and staff were attentive and made sure coffee urns were full etc. Breakfast options were the same every day with no variety. The hotel was very quiet even though it was full on the weekend with families attending the Provincial Exhibition. The in-room temperature controls worked well and our beds & pillows were very comfortable. Checking in and out was very easy.

Housekeeping was optional so we chose to forego it when we checked in. About five nights into our nine-night stay we needed new towels and arranged for housekeeping the next morning, but it wasn't done, nor was it done at all until our departure. We ended up picking up our own towels & fresh coffee pods, shampoo etc at the front desk - we didn't express concern about the lack of housekeeping. It appeared to us that new staff were being trained and we were quite capable of looking after our own needs so we didn't see the need to be difficult about it.

Breakfast had a good variety. Coffee machine in lobby was top notch. Pool was fun for kids. A/C was nice and cold.

More meat options for breakfast. Sausages were very generic and didn’t taste very good.

Nothing. We stayed there twice this summer and both times were excellent.

The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent.

The water slide was so fast even going on the bum. Warning for small kids to be careful as my son hit his head 2-3 times coming down.
