Nice hotel. I understand that you are in the middle of renovating. Good price point.I we will stay at the Colonial Inn again.

-I didn't like the 'ratchet looking' couche in the room [I believe that it will be changed soon]... -Also, due to time change the lady closed up breakfast early and then had to put some food out, but that's a thing that happens once or twice a year. Hubby and daughter were still able to eat breakfast. - a sign needs to be up at pool or in rooms as to where pool towels are located - Cabinet that the tv is on is abit too high...not a major fail - I would have also liked to see security around (1 or 2) and doors locked in the back - ALL MINOR THINGS

Comfortable hotel for work related solo trip for 10 days. Initially made reservation for 2 nights before committing to full 10 nights. Was very happy to extend my stay here. Staff were excellent... very helpful and also very friendly.. good value for money in this location in this city.

No negatives that need to be highlighted all in all a pleasant experience

I had a great time at Colonial Inn, to be honest. It's just right at the center of the town. Its proximity to stores and malls stood out for me. Excellent staff! Amazing cleaners! Exceptionally neat restaurant! Good breakfast!

The air freshener/detergent used in cleaning the rooms should be improved upon. It was not so alluring. All together, I had a great time!

The flooring, i hate carpet so makes room feel cleaner. They have a pool, and the hot tub was quiet, not overcrowded. Breakfast is easy and simple. Staff is there anytime you need anything.

Bathroom needed repairs. Toilet doesn't flush well, bathtub needs repair leaks out side due to the spout having a hole or something in it.

We appreciated being on the ground floor, easy access. The complimentary bottled water was a very thoughtful item. Loved having tea and coffee in the room. The hot breakfast was a bonus. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels. Front desk and cleaners were very accommodating. We will return.

Unfortunately, the one day at breakfast, the forks ran out . But as we travel with a few utensils we used our own, and actually had quite a joke going on about auctioning off our forks.

Staff was nice and room size was great for the price. I also really enjoyed being able to walk across the street for either a quick bite of fast food or chosing to sit down and have a nice meal at a restaurant.

The hard boiled eggs and sausage were dry. I also wish I had an option for scrambled eggs instead of hard boiled.

Room is small but so clean, safety and quiet. Bed is wonderful to take a sleep after long drive.I like the room with pool view.

The night staff (her name is Lou or something) is so great and very kind and friendly. However, the day receptionist is not friendly and not support when we just ask to use the printer for a couple of paper.

breakfast was good. room was ok clean, comfortable and quiet.

hot tub was closed for service, I saw a staff member being very, very loud too early in the morning (talking to the ATM service guy at 7:00 much too loudly) and saw the same woman being rude to a guest about taking his breakfast with him to work.

I didn't have breakfast there as I was usually on the road to helping to get ready for my late brother's estate sale in Sandy Lake. The room was a handicapped room that allowed my senior cat, I am handicapped so the grab bars were perfect. Staff was accommodating and very helpful. my only regret i that the hot tub and pool were not available due to maintenance for 6 days that I was there, which I found strange.

Can't complain!!

Quiet location close to the Westoba Ag Centre. There were a couple of small issues in the room that staff were able to immediately and cheerfully remedy. That was appreciated as the hotel was booked solid this weekend and moving to another room was not an option.

very limited breakfast options. Would like to see yogurt/fruit instead of just sugary cereals and bread as the choices.
