What a beautiful piece of architecture...truly outstanding. The interior is filled with a vast array of Canadiana which was the icing on the cake. Angie, the manager, was truly exceptional in making me feel welcome and helping me out with my stay in Fredericton. The included breakfast was brilliant. Everything was fresh and delicious. The surprising thing was that the inn is just a short distance from downtown. The air con was so very effective during some very hot days.

Because I'm old, having to go up two sets of stairs to my room rather wore me out. No one's fault! Angie was more than helpful in carrying my bid suitcase up and down so my issues quickly dissapated.

Beautiful heritage bed and breakfast in amazing location to footbridge, transcanada trail and downtown. Angie the manager is so friendly and welcomes each guest like family. We had a lovely room with a queen bed, sofa seating, small fridge and bathroom it was very comfortable. The decor in the house is filled with antiques and one can just imagine living there in the 1870s. The common living room was sumptuous. The breakfast was great with options- the blueberry banana pancakes a must. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing. Other than its too bad the gorgeous grand piano is so out of tune - Angie said that she can't get a tuner in Fredericton too bad! It would be fun to have guests play if they are able.

Angie is the hostess with the mostess, she communicated with us before our arrive to make sure we could find it, answered our messages when we ran late, showed us around the most beautiful manor, gave us some history, showed us how to get downtown on the local trail network, and made a fantastic breakfast the next morning. The Inn itself is amazing, huge, historic, beautiful spacious room and bathroom, lovely dining area, great part of town. A highlight of the trip.

Only stayed one night - wish we could have been there 3 or 4.

From the minute we arrived, Angie made us feel right at home. The Carriage House Inn is just beautiful 😍 There is a lot of history in the home, and it's so nice that all the features are kept traditional. it's truly breathtaking.. Angie was very helpful in recommending restaurants to eat and places to visit. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, which was included in the price of the stay home cooked by the lovely Angie.We will return if we are ever in Fredericton again. Centrally located and you can walk to everything. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. ❤️

Beautiful old heritage house with original woodwork and antique decor as fits the era. Lots of space, large room, very quiet on a lovely residential street with easy walking distance right into downtown. Our host, Angie, provided a friendly, casual welcome and served breakfast cooked on demand. Almost like being guests in someone's home.

We had to use a bathroom across the hall from our room that was exclusive to us. It was a bit inconvenient but we saw no one else on our floor.

The B&B is very warm and inviting and has an historic feel to it. The staff were lovely and we were well taken care of by Angie. The breakfast in the morning far exceeded expectations!!! So delicious and a generous portion. We loved also meeting the owner and learning their history with the property. Having parking at the facility was also a big bonus. We could walk easily to shop, sightsee downtown, have dinner and go to the market.

Nice, old Victorian inn nicely situated within easy walking distance of the downtown district with lots of dining choices, pubs etc. Angie and Christine were very pleasant and welcoming with lots of good info for visiting Fredericton. Angie gave us our choice of two different rooms on arrival. Angie stored our bikes in the garage for safe keeping overnight. And she extended our check-out time so we could go for a bike ride on the morning of our departure. Delicious breakfast with homemade fresh blueberry pancakes. Yumm!

Breakfast was great and the selection was good.Jam or marmalade for the toast would be nice We like the warm welcome from Angie and how she answered our questions, gave suggestions and her sense of humour was amazing.

Everything was fine. As mentioned a little jam for my toast is the only suggestion I can make.

Location was great and we enjoyed several good quality restaurants while we were there. My partner and I both enjoyed the breakfasts and it started our day off on the right note.

What let our stay down was the bathroom. The shower was small, the door was prone to opening and, a little thing, there was no soap provided, we bought our own. Towels were not replaced as we used them. No shelving to put toiletries which was inconvenient.

Super cozy, beautiful and authentic old Victorian Downtown House with antique furniture from the 19th century. The host Angie was lovely and made me feel like home and she was very caring for my wellbeing during my stay. She made excellent breakfast every morning which was included in the price. I was so lucky to get most beautiful and luxurious king room with a comfortable bed and lot of sunshine coming in though the corner window.
