From the minute we arrived, Angie made us feel right at home. The Carriage House Inn is just beautiful 😍 There is a lot of history in the home, and it's so nice that all the features are kept traditional. it's truly breathtaking.. Angie was very helpful in recommending restaurants to eat and places to visit. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, which was included in the price of the stay home cooked by the lovely Angie.We will return if we are ever in Fredericton again. Centrally located and you can walk to everything. If you stay here you will not be disappointed. ❤️

Nice, old Victorian inn nicely situated within easy walking distance of the downtown district with lots of dining choices, pubs etc. Angie and Christine were very pleasant and welcoming with lots of good info for visiting Fredericton. Angie gave us our choice of two different rooms on arrival. Angie stored our bikes in the garage for safe keeping overnight. And she extended our check-out time so we could go for a bike ride on the morning of our departure. Delicious breakfast with homemade fresh blueberry pancakes. Yumm!

I went in expecting some kitschy small B&B that we booked just as we were passing through. What we found however was a fabulous large old Victorian house with many guest rooms (14 I think) that had been modified into a B&B. Lovingly kept with a lovely central staircase. The breakfast was awesome and the staff just lovely and incredibly friendly. Good directions given and recommendations for dinner. What we thought would be a quick one night stay in a nowhere place turned into a delightful evening, overnight and morning in a quiet city with some nice walking nearby and a good experience.

Super cozy, beautiful and authentic old Victorian Downtown House with antique furniture from the 19th century. The host Angie was lovely and made me feel like home and she was very caring for my wellbeing during my stay. She made excellent breakfast every morning which was included in the price. I was so lucky to get most beautiful and luxurious king room with a comfortable bed and lot of sunshine coming in though the corner window.

Everything was perfect

Location was great and we enjoyed several good quality restaurants while we were there. My partner and I both enjoyed the breakfasts and it started our day off on the right note.

What let our stay down was the bathroom. The shower was small, the door was prone to opening and, a little thing, there was no soap provided, we bought our own. Towels were not replaced as we used them. No shelving to put toiletries which was inconvenient.

Unfortunately we were only able to spend one night here before heading home but I'm so thankful we had the opportunity. Upon arrival, Angie greeted us at the door after a long day of traveling and she was an absolute delight. The house itself was gorgeous and cozy, our room was very generous in size and provided one of the best nights sleep I've had in a while! We were gone before breakfast but Angie had a care package of fresh fruit and muffins waiting for us on our way out. Hope to return again one day for a longer stay. Highly recommend this B&B.

Everything was perfect!

Charming BnB with gorgeous decorative touches. The floral wallpaper was beautiful and gave the place a unique charm. The lounge was spacious and I appreciated the music playing. Angie was a delightful host and the breakfast was incredible - highly recommend the wild blueberry pancakes. Excellent proximity to downtown Fredericton.

The bathroom to my room was not an en-suite, but across the hall. A very minor issue, as Angie had kindly given me this room instead of the originally booked one, to avoid me having to lug my suitcase up another flight of stairs!

Everything at this BandB was as expected or exceeded our expectations. It is an old historic home, full of character. Beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious. If you like to walk, this Inn is close to everything downtown, also very close to the foot bridge to the North Side. However, what made our stay exceptional was not any of these things but rather a person. Angie met us at the front door and was the best host. Any questions we had, she was there with a smile. When it came time for us to leave the next day, she let us keep one of our rooms for a few extra hours, so we could change our clothes for a family funeral at 2 pm. The really meant a lot to us. Thank you Angie. Tip this woman well, she makes the place!

everything was perfect, maybe self help coffee/tea in the morning would be nice. Staff are busy, this is one thing which cold be taken off their hands.

Lovely big room with comfortable cosy beds. Historic house beautifully decorated to style, lots to look at and explore. Dining room/lounge space to enjoy in the evening. Also nice to sit outside in the verandah of an evening with a drink. Breakfast was fabulous - highly recommend the banana and blueberry pancakes!

The bedrooms didn't have a coffee maker or kettle so no ability to make a hot drink in the morning.

Greeting, warm and informative. Room comfortable and quiet. Breakfast delicious. Parking easily accessible. Beautiful ambience with warm fire and comfy chairs in the living room. A variety of antiques integrated with the furnishings gave it a sense of the pacing of another time.

No table or counterspace in the bathroom. Only two hangers in the wardrobe.
