The staff was incredible! They went above and beyond for my little girl's birthday.

I absolutely love the staff and how they always put their guests first. We asked for extra towels, and they were given to us without hesitation. They accommodated our two-night stay with early check-ins. Extremely accommodating. I also have to mention the beds; they are like sleeping on a cloud—so comfortable, and the rooms are extremely clean. I can only say good things about this hotel, and the hot tub is the best. I love enjoying the hot tub; it is always hot and satisfying. I would have to say that because of the amazing staff and the overall fantastic hotel, I will always book with the Fredericton Inn.

I was pleasantly surprised! Great rates, especially being so centrally located! The room was very spacious and well laid out. The soundproofing was great! I didn’t hear anything from the rooms next to me and I barely heard anything from the hallway. The a/c unit can be a bit loud at times, but I like that kind of white noise. The bed was VERY comfortable, but the pillows could be a little better. There’s ample parking.

I wish all the rooms automatically came with a fridge and microwave, but at least you can request them at the time of booking or at check-in!

The location of the hotel is great, everything you could want is within a short distance drive or even walk. It's also close to the highways as well making it easy to get in and out of the city.

I would say the biggest thing I did notice, was that the rooms could use an update, especially the bathroom. When arriving I tend to check out the entire room and the bathroom was the first thing I noticed, the toilet seat had A LOT of wear and tear to the point it was peeling. It also looked a bit dated as well. The room itself was as you'd expect at any hotel though.

The room we chose was spacious and allowed us to visit with family. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub ( even though the timer was broken) The location is good for shopping as it is right next to the mall. Our sink was not draining properly and was attended to and fixed promptly. 2 restaurants on the property. Breakfast was good the day we ate there.

Decor is extremely outdated ( though clean and maintained for the most part). Carpeting is very worn and needs replacing. The elevator Carpeting is in desperate need of some changes. The bathroom could use a hand towel holder by the sink as well as some shelving around for personal items.

The property was clean. Our room in particular was spotless. The staff was polite, courteous and professional. I had asked for an early check in and the staff was very accommodating to this request. Overall this was a very good hotel for the money.

There wasn’t anything in the room that spoke to what things were available at the hotel, the hours for the restaurants, the pool, etc. nor was there any information as to what was available in the area for restaurants, shopping, entertainment. This type of information is helpful for those staying at the hotel.

Very friendly service, we checked in quite late and there was someone right there. Check in was fast and easy and the room was beautiful and they were able to fulfill my request making sure the room above is wasn't occupied/top floor room (I'm a light sleeper)

I heard they did renovation (it's been over 10 years since I stayed with them before this last stay) and I was shocked that the room hard click flooring vs. carpet. Thankfully it wasn't busy (we traveled over Christmas) but every noise was amplified (even walking in sock feet). I don't know how it would be if it was a full house but it wasn't a big deal for our stay.

It was close to shopping facilities

The double queen size room had no microwave or mini fridge. I'm very disappointed. Also, the pool area is very outdated, and it was dirty the next morning when my grandson and I went to the hot tub. There was candy and juice over the floor from the night before from young hockey youth being left unattended and supervised. I thought the Fredericton Inn was of a more upscale facility than this.

This is a great all-round hotel. The staff at the front desk and in the restaurants were all very helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Very strong WIFI and the desk and chairs were also very comfortable and convenient. When I mentioned that my room was supposed to have a fridge, they had one up there in a few minutes. There are two restaurants and both provided really good food and service. Also, very close to major malls where we could easily get anything we needed.

It's a bit far from the downtown core where most of the places we wanted to see were located, but it was easy to drive there and to park.

The drive up room has new renovations completed. The check in was seamless, and our room was clean and comfortable.

I noticed the new flooring is buckling in the center of the room, which can be fixed with a small drilled hole and glue. It happens when not enough space is left on the edges of the room for expansion and contraction with the seasons. Most likely the floor will go flat with the upcoming cooler months, just something to be aware of!

The restaurant was excellent. The room was clean and nicely put together. The pool was an excellent temperature and there were showers provided in the pool.area to get the chlorine off a bit.

There was no information in the room for pool hours. Restaurant hours or menu, etc...and the pool was heavily chlorinated to the point my eyes were burning from the moment I walked in.
