Location is great for access to stores, mall and restaurants. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast on the first day was good but very poor on second day. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast area is too small and crowded. On second day the "hot food" was cold, one waffle maker was not working, and there was no waffle mix. The server seemed overwhelmed by the task.

i'm allergic to dust, so not a fan of carpets, but it was fine. not located in the cute area of Federicton, but with a car it was all fine. it's more of an industrial/big-stores and malls area, but there was plenty to do around.

Excellent location that is close to shopping, restaurants, banks, gas etc. The staff were excellent and the room was comfortable, clean and apportioned with ample soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. Even the fitness room / gym was well outfitted. The room rate was competitive and value for the money.

Breakfast ended at 9 am during the week.

The location was great. It is near shops, gas stations and restaurants. Near the botanical gardens. The staff were great. They have continental breakfast. Check-in and check-out process were both easy. The room is clean.

The hotel does not have an elevator. It might be hard if you have heavy luggage to bring if your room is on the second floor.

The breakfast sitting area was too small for the number of people having breakfast. I wish that the plastic utensils would be replaced by biodegradable ones.

Awesome linens. Hot breakfast. I love waffles. Bonus to have two machines. Great orange juice. We needed to stay longer since our car was being repaired across at Fox’s GM. Given extra time with no issues. Great staff

Noisy. Fully booked. Many working folks. Guys next door stood outside patio door smoking. We’ve never stayed in a hotel with our dog so having doors open n close in hallway and voices outside caused our dog to be quite alarmed and unsettled. Next time I would ask for a room at the end of the hall perhaps? Lamp shade and curtains showing wear.

didnt have breakfast as partner wasnt keen on what was available

dont charge pet fee we care for our dogs and make sure they dont do any damage or bark loved having no carpet and spot on bottom floor but could not park in front of room

Breakfast was just okay. A lady who was staying several days complained that the breakfast was the same every day

Unfortunately there was a team of young Lacrosse players staying in the rooms next to ours. As young boys will do, they made a lot of noise and, after a while, two direct requests for the boys to settle down, and two calls to the front desk, I requested a room change. I was told that no other rooms were available. The lady who complained about the breakfast also complained about the noise. I think I should have been warned about this at check-in and directed to another room.

The breakfast was very good . The hot food was nice and hot and there was a lot of choices to pick from . No one would leave there hungry . The lady running the breakfast was very nice and friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her as was everyone there . We will definitely be staying there again on our next trip to Fredericton .
