Very nice hotel. Our room was on the back of the hotel away from the highway, so nice and quiet. There was plenty of parking and they had a great pool with slide and hot tub. Breakfast was good, as we expected at a Super 8, with yoghurt, baked products, cereals etc. Nice coffee! Walking distance to the stores and for food. Room was clean. The staff were very pleasant, especially the lady working in the breakfast area! We enjoyed our stay here.

We were on the ground floor and could hear the guests on the first floor through the ceiling. Maybe they were just heavy-footed but it was noisy. The pool was busy with children, but it was a weekend so as expected. Overall it was a nice hotel. It met all our expectations as part of the Super 8 brand.

Comfortable bed.

Booking price has gone up 50% since we stayed here last year. Upstairs customer was noisy and could be heard through floor. Bathroom is dated with ceiling paint peeling and the countertop showing wear. The breakfast offering for the price charged should be better than a boiled egg sitting in hot water and a few sausages available at the time if you wanted something warm instead of dry cereal etc. TV had very few channels available for viewing. We will consider other options at this price point next time we are up in Amherst.

The swimming pool under 19 needs an adult. We went with our 2 boys 15 and 16 and had to be there all the time with them not much relaxing for the parents. I understand under 14 with adults but over 14 years old they are teenagers I went to super 8 in NB and it was not like that it was parents responsibility.

The staff were excellent very helpful. The breakfast included was one of the best I have stayed at many hotels usually the Hilton but I have to say this Super 8 was way better than the Hilton. Plenty of facilities pool, slide garden, spa very well equipped. Would stay there again.

Everything except the wireless service the internet was not so good but everything else was excellent. The staff. Could not do enough for people, really nice.

It is a simple hotel but with a very nice structure for families travelling around Nova Scotia or New Brunswick. The swimming pool structure is extremely well taken care of and kids enjoyed it a lot. Nice, clean and comfortable rooms.

Breakfast was great but could be more varied with other fruit options.

The staff was very friendly and helpful especially Jennifer the one who checked us in and Josephine who was the breakfast attendant the whole facility us very nice breakfast was wonderful 😊 the pool was a perfect temperature the water slide was fun even enjoyed a little time in the hot tub 10 out of 10

The elevator that was the only thing we were on the third floor and it made the squealing sound stopping on the third floor so it was scary and if it wasn't for my disability I would have gladly used the stairs each time just to avoid the elevator..

Great room. Very good AC control for both rooms of suite. (Junior King Suite). I came in very late (early morning - 2:30am) - and the night attendant was fantastic accommodating me.

Could not get the TV in the front room working (room 214). Seems to not see any signal on HDMI1 - even though it appeared everything was connected correctly.

Clean, good size room / bed, nice bathroom and relaxing wirhlpool and swimming pool for after a day of work.

Online checkin wasn’t recognized by front desk member. She couldn’t find my keys and booking on first hand. Took longer time before she finally find my keys. Breakfast is really basic.

The Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The continental breakfast was more than we expected. Overall a great stay.

It was close to the highway so there was some traffic noise. This is a bit of a trade off for the convenient location.

Very nice property, the beds and pillows are a 10/10!! The staff are amazing. They have a good indoor pool with a slide , great for families. The only negative is the rooms are small. We stayed for a week.
