The owner/operators are an amazingly kind and hospitable couple. They went above and beyond during my five night stay. If we didn’t have it, they provided it. Really, REALLY, nice folks. The property is a motel, that is you drive up to your door, which is very traditional. It’s not hotel with concierge, five star dining, etc. So if that is what you’re looking for, look elsewhere. If you’re seeking comfort, cleanliness, in a quiet location, yet close to all amenities, this is the place. As a former military member, I’ve stayed in everything from dumps to palaces, this place is one of the most comfortable places I have ever stayed.

This was a very good room. I had to spend an entire month there due to a house fire, and the entire experience was absolutely stress free. The owners are very hospitable and polite, and made me feel very welcome. The location is a short walk from downtown Sackville. It's not as far out as it may seem at first. There is also an interesting waterfowl park nearby. I would ignore any negative reviews. Some people like to cause issues. 🙄 Mosquitoes may be an issue in the summer, but an Off mosquito coil lit up outside the room door took care of that issue for me. Sackville IS on the edge of a marsh. Mosquitoes will happen in the summer.

The only issue I had during my entire stay was the wifi internet speed. It can be a little slow at times. But otherwise, it worked fine. If it gets too slow, just mention it to the staff/owners.

The motel exceeded my expectations. It was a last minute booking for an unexpected trip, and in my haste I booked the wrong day by mistake. I called and they changed my reservation with no trouble at all. I was very appreciative.

I couldn't figure out all the lights in the room. Which wasn't really a problem, it was just strange to have lamps that didn't work and so many light switches that didn't seem to do anything.

Very convenient location and very clean, comfortable room. The owners were friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back to stay again when we go back to the area. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone😊

Greeted so wonderfully! The owner was super nice, funny and thoughtful Gave me extra towels for my little one without even asking!! The room was amazing! Super clean and really large and spacious!!! Beds were amazing, probably the best sleep I’ve had since visiting here. Nicely updated washroom spacious and super clean, one of the best I’ve seen to date! Super quite area can’t hear a thing. Great location , cute little town 3min down the street. Great restaurant down the street “the painted pony bat & grill” !!

They were very accommodating and manager took the time to show us the room. It was last minute booking so we had no real expectations but it was a pleasant and comfortable place that met our needs.

The comfortable chairs in the room had the legs broken on one. Seemed an easy thing to fix or remove altogether if repair was not possible. This simple attention to detail tends to make the difference sometimes.

The staff was very responsive to any requests and did so promptly.

Super nice owners, clean room with no weird smells, overall very simple atmosphere that was exactly what we needed after a long drive. The tiny dog in the cute sweater who hung out in the main lobby was so friendly as well, what a treat!
