The gym and pool were great, I was pleased to find a Peloton bike to finish my workout. The water slide was a big hit! The room was clean and functional. The breakfast package was excellent value for our money! The location was central and the town had a little historical feel to it. We ate at the Old Triangle our first night, and it was delicious! The hotel staff were all friendly and extremely helpful!

Our car was broken in to with valuables stolen. There was a “unsafe” feel to the town. The hotel staff were great about it, however, I was disappointed to see my card was still charged for parking. The food at the restaurant could have been better, the salmon on my eggs Benedict was raw.

This may not be the hotel's problem. I booked from booking dot com. I been using them for years with no issues. This time breakfast was included as what booking dot com said but the hotel said it wasn't included. So my lesson is just make sure you get what they said. I will pay more attention next time. Cost me 60 breakfast cause we thought it was included as what the website said. That was my only issue and again not the hotels fault.

The staff are courteous, professional and very helpful. Provide good and rapid service.

When people come to the pool with their boots/shoes from outside. Not having appropriate footwear or clean ones, walking around the pool and the water was going back into the pool, it's not sanitary.

The waterslide was fantastic and the front desk staff were very helpful. The March break activity room was great! We felt our dog was very welcome.

The room was smaller than I expected. The Triiio restaurant staff was hit or miss. Some were great and some were not. There was a bit of confusion with the wait staff when we ordered. Also, we did not have houseboats to use as advertised.

The Delta in Moncton is where I stay whether or treveling alone, with my husband, or with my children. This trip was adult only. I enjoyed eggs Benedict in bed, which is one of my favorite parts of the morning. Very happy with it!

I could only stay one night, lol, but can't wait until next time!

Really liked the services and hospitality . Concierge were very polite and very helpful. Would recommend to stay in this hotel to all my friends and family if ever they wanted a very safe and secure environment

Vida at the pool was amazing! She was so fun and kind to my daughter, everyone who worked there was amazing, efficient and so friendly. Definitely would stay again, highly recommend for staff, location and comfort

Great location, staff and áreas

Price does not included breakfast or Parking, I think a thorough review of rate vs benefits it’s needed, for a 30+ per couple breakfast the breakfast quality is poor, highlighting competitors right up front have better menu quality and selection.

Everything was wonderful. The Staff at the hotel was exceptional. Most notably the people at the front desk and at the pool.

The price I paid ended up being $25 USD more than I was quoted online. That was my only disappointment.

Extremely nice hotel, comfy clean rooms. It’s right at downtown, and the staff is super professional and friendly. Parking on site, pet friendly (extra charges). Definitely recommended!
