I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the Hotel as well as the friendliness of the staff. Check in and check out was fast and efficient and the room was comfortable and spacious. There was ample parking, and it did not matter where you parked because all parking spots were close to the entrances. I would highly recommend this hotel to those looking for a hotel that provides excellent service. The breakfast was plentiful, hot and offered a variety of choices and being available at a convenient time for those that are on a business trip to eat before leaving for the day.

There was not one thing that I didn't like about the hotel.

We were inquiring about Vegan options for breakfast and were completely surprised and delighted when the front desk staff pulled out a duotang folder containing a whole vegan breakfast menu. Everything from oat milk to Just Egg and Yves breakfast sausage! Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Upon checking out I told them it was too bad that Amsterdam Inn was a hotel chain operating only in New Brunswick

No complaints. I would like a laundry room but not all hotels have that!

Everyone was extremely nice and offered anything to help any situation. Very happy with our stay. We needed a couple extra items( towels,etc)and without hesitation they said yes and was delivered immediately. Hotel was packed but so very quiet, it was really nice. Breakfast tasted great, plenty to choose from. It was so clean! Hats off to the housekeeping department and Laundry department. They all deserve a raise!

Apon arrival we were notified that for breakfast it can be crowded so they requested we make a plate and take it to our room to eat... Um no! Why would anyone want to climb up two flights of stairs with food, dishes and silverware and glasses and whatever for a couple people to their room to eat ? Where are you to sit and eat a breakfast like that in a small room? On the toilet?! One do you know how hard that is? And two don't the housekeeping crew have enough to clean in zero time as it is?!! If it was a bigger hotel with room service and a table...sure, this room had no space for that. Breakfast was Delicious in the space provided in the lobby and we really enjoyed our meal.

I loved how welcoming the staff was and how prompt they were to address any questions. The suite was clean and well put together. The beds were comfortable and I had the best sleep of my life. I enjoyed sitting on the front deck and the breakfast was delicious!

I struggled with the check in time because I arrived in Moncton at 9 AM and wasn’t sure if I was allowed to come early. I explored, had lunch and read a book at IHOP. It would’ve been nice to check in earlier after the long drive and summer heat. In hindsight it’s my fault because after finding out how welcoming the staff was, I should’ve called and asked so I don’t blame the staff.

The front desk staff was prompt and very friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed with many towels, bathroom necessities and a hair dryer. The beds were comfortable and had nice bedding. A mini fridge and a small coffee maker (with tea and coffee) were also included. The included breakfast was extensive from toast and bagels, to eggs and bacon, toast and bagels, muffins, yogurt, to coffee, tea and juices.

We found the room temperature a bit difficult to regulate.

Location of trans Canada was ideal.

Some of the guests were out in lawn chairs at various locations around the property, which gave the vibe of a lower class setting. Especially as many had a 'partying' atmosphere around them. The corridors did not seem to be air conditioned, which made it very unwelcoming going to room. The room itself was air conditioned though.

Excepts dog. We were on ground floor walkout to our car which was convenient. Breakfast was great. Staff great. 2 queen beds was nice.

I think having carpet in a room for pets makes the odour not very nice. I think previous pets may have had accidents so the odour was more of a strong cleaner. I am in a hotel now with my pet and the floor is laminate. It smells fresh.

We had breakfast and were pleased with the menu, however the hash Brown's were prepared incorrectly. They were dry, hard and tasteless, couldn't even eat them, another guest remarked to us as well that she couldn't eat them either. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. We told the front desk at checkout, she said we should have called because that maker has problems with it. So to that, I think should be replaced or at least fixed

The customer service was excellent. There was a problem with getting a 603.42 refund. Linda assured me that the refund is coming. Still waiting, but I text her today, to see if she could offer more help. She has had such patience with me. I respect her.

Very conveniently located, the room is clean and nice. Good breakfast.Close to all the interesting places: Magnetic Hill, casino. Restaurants, city center…

What I didn't like-is that there is no elevator, it was inconvenient to go up to the second floor with suitcases ... But that's the only inconvenience.
