The rooms are small and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. They're exceptionally quiet—no road noise at all— even though it's just off a main highway and spotlessly clean.

The only downsides were the extremely small mini fridge, which offered limited space, and the TV remote, which didn’t allow input changes—so bringing your own gaming console or streaming device wasn’t really an option. It also didn’t allow for audio settings adjustments, making it tough to hear dialogue clearly when watching movies.

Location was nice. For vegetarians, breakfast was Ok - they are serving baked potatoes, they have waffle maker, cereals, etc., Room was nice, big window so good natural light, clean room and bathroom, spacious room with 2 beds, office chair and desk, great warm lighting, etc., It was really nice service at the reception, she was very helpful, pleasant.

We could not use the TV as smart - no netflix, etc., nowadays that's a basic thing provided in the rooms.

Solid breakfast. Comfortable room and beds. Close to highway but not noisy. Nice that the rooms had sliding glass doors and we could park just outside and unload/load our luggage that way.

I know newer hotels don’t do this, but more overhead light would be nice. Also, the guests next to us were smoking outside their room and the air conditioning units are in the walls to the outside so we couldn’t turn our A/C on until they went back into their room. Would be nice to have a smoking area away from the building.😀

Breakfast was fine … toasted bagel great … plenty of choice Location ideal for connection to Trans Canada Highway … and chose location too for 15min run to airport at 4.30am … so perfect Location. - even as close to Highway … room was quiet and enjoyed good nights sleep … bed real comfy

Very clean and comfortable. Rooms very well insulated for sound. Loved the fact that there were four (payed) electric chargers on site and fast chargers across the road.

We like fresh air. This place did have windows that opened but no screens on ours so couldn’t use them.

It was great breakfast every thing you need it for breakfast in my opion and the kitchen were great and ensured you had everything you needed

When we originally bokk we ask for a low floor because of my medical issues we had to call two or three time to get thos sirt it out booking .com didn't request what we asked but after talking directly to the hotel.staff all was ckear up and we had a great stay and will.stay again

there was a hockey team of young guys and were running around screaming and chasing each other in the hallway...knocking on doors...it was too bad ...I know they need to play but could they not have a common room for them

Breakfast was fine and the location was convenient.

I was told that because I am a Best Western member, my wife and I were not eligible for the complimentary water bottles. We are always concerned about the local water supply wherever we stay, so that policy is not appreciated.

Really good breakfast, lots of staff available to help you in the breakfast room. The proximity to the highway made it very convenient for travelling around the city. The rooms were very nice and clean. great friendly staff, Lots of smiles and good mornings when we were walking back and forth to our room. Lots of parking, even for big trucks and trailers.

I would suggest adding a mat or a boot tray at the entrance to the patio door because the floors are wood and slippery when you come in from the rain. it would be nice to have a place to sit wet shoes or boots and umbrellas instead of on the new wood floor.

The room was very beautiful. We loved everything about this hotel. Ground Level room for our pet and unloading the truck was very helpful. Beautiful gardens. Very friendly and courteous staff.
