Fairly clean and big rooms. Parking enough and ok.

The breakfast is really basic, as expected, but they really need to add a real toaster, the one they have at the moment is really slow and has 4 slots - was ridiculous slow. Sitting area not big enough for the size of the hotel. The juice machine was bad as well, it was dispensing some colored water - marketed as 100% natural juice (it is not).

Parking and check in was smooth, the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, the jacuzzi tub worked well, the pool and water slide area was nice and warm, equipped with everything and clean, staff were helpful and the breakfast was delicious. I don’t easily give such high ratings but this place checks all the boxes and I would definitely recommend it for families travelling to Moncton.

The hotel was very clean and accommodating! Loved that bringing your pet was an option, and all the extra things like the water dispenser next to the ice machine and the option of purchasing beverages, including alcoholic ones along with food and snacks. The breakfast was great too! Very pleased with our stay

The issues surrounding the water slide in the pool area made me very uneasy. The amount of rushing water along with the steep drop made children come down extremely fast, also no enforced rules for waiting time - other children didn’t have time to move out of the way i felt it was a serious accident waiting to happen.

Nice stay as usual, the only thing I was disappointed about was that we stayed for a seccond night but the tariff was higher than the first night, I asked for the same price and they gave a small rebate but not what I was expecting! Find it sad Quality inn in Moncton would have had a way better price but they wouldn’t match their price. Didn’t understand that!

Good variety of food. Freshly prepared eggs, sausages and hash browns. Bagels, bread and pastries, cereals, yogurt and fresh fruit all available.

Extra breakfast seating was not set up for Saturday morning. It was ready for Sunday morning and made finding a place to eat much easier.

Loved the pool/waterslide although there wasn't anywhere to swim while the waterslide was being used as the other part of the pool is only a foot deep. (The pool area gets extremely loud with screaming children going down the slide) The breakfast was amazing, and having a large tub in the room was great for the kids.

Upon check in the person at the desk appeared annoyed when I disturbed her from her cellphone to check in. She also seemed very annoyed when my husband asked for more towels. the sink and tub drained VERY slowly.

The breakfast was great, better than last time anyway. The waffle station was back working. It was delish. The juice was horrible, but there was fruit, toast, bagels, cereal, yogurt, eggs, gross sausages, undercooked hash browns, and some omelette things. Overall pretty good though.

Not really much I can say that I didn't like. It was an overall great stay. I will mention that I tried to go to the workout room and it was locked. I tried around 4 PM and around 930 AM, my key card wouldn't work to unlock it. I was sad.

We stayed one night at the hotel before flying out from the Moncton airport. I liked the close proximity to the airport. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Surprised to find a jacuzzi tub in the room. Overall the hotel was fine.

Bathroom and stand up shower were on the small side. Perfect for a one night stay near the airport but I probably wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

To get to the pool and back to the room we had to walk right by the front door which was a bit cold and also there were no towels in the pool area and they were not restocked even overnight still no towels the next day. Also, the pool area is very dangerous with the slide. There should be 2 separate areas. 1 for slide and one for people who just wants to swim. It was small and cramped. The kids were flying down the slide a.d hitting the others in the pool. One little girl got a foot right to the face as another older kid came down the slide. Her face was all marked up and bruised because of how hard they hit.

The water slide is super fast and fun! They keep fresh towels stocked at poolside. Clean pool water. Breakfast was super (there's an espresso machine!) Hot breakfast was delicious. All staff were incredible. One staff member recognized that my young daughter had injured herself at poolside (scraped her ankle) and offered some band aids without me even asking :) Housekeeping polite, front desk accommodating as well :)

No antacids were available for purchase, but there's an Irving convenience store open late (or 24hrs?) just across the road.
