The apartment was very nice except for the very small couch to watch TV two people are very uncomfortable, but everything else was good, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Well equipped kitchen, and good AC, also had a washing machine and dryer which was nice.

You do have to pay for your parking $15 a day, and if you have a problem sleeping with noise this is not the place for you as the apartment is right on the Main Street and above a traffic light. Until at least midnight or later every loud car in Moncton is going past your window.

Location is amazing, everything is pretty much a few mins walk from your doorstep! The rooms are amazing, felt like being at home. Very clean, everything seemed new. Staff was on the ball whenever we needed help.

Bit annoying to have to get help to check-in when the online system wouldn't recognize my Canadian ID after multiple tries, though staff was very quick to respond. Our shower door fell off but again staff was quick and offered a simple solution.

I had always wanted to stay at the hotel and I finally got the chance. I love old buildings and I especially love brick walls. I liked the fact that the check-in and check-out was done electronically with no contact. Sometimes, you just don’t want to deal with other people. Especially when it was such a hot day and I get a bit cranky on hot days. ;-)

it’s was a bit cramped in the room but that’s the beauty of an old building and the hotel. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I had a pleasant stay. It’s very cool that the hotel is in a historical building where there used to be a bank and a French newspaper.

The loft was cute with the exposed brick. The facilities seemed very clean.

I was automatically charged an additional 15 dollar plus tax parking pass fee without choice and I did not have a car with me therefore I will have to contact them to be refunded. Booking.com said there was 26 dollars in extra taxes and fees when initially booking and in the end it was $43 dollars in additional fees.

Modern, full kitchen, washer/dryer and great location.

Pillows too soft and uncomfortable. No black out curtains to keep out the bright street lights on Main St. No door to bathroom for privacy but had a toilet closet. The pendant lights above the bed were too low. My husband bonked his head twice. Took hot water in sink and shower over 5 mins to get hot.

We rented 3 suites -1 for us and one for each of our adult children. Each suite was unique but they were all fabulous. They were so clean and nicely decorated and had all the amenities a person could ask for (washer/dryer combo, fridge, air conditioning, rainfall shower etc). Check in was easy. We had a great stay and would highly recommend.

Shortly after I book this place I started receiving emails I was too late to cancel so I had to comply with this ridiculousness. I had to go online give an online signature and take pictures of government ID. I didn’t know how to do this. When I figured it out there was no confirmation that it was done properly. I continue getting more stupid emails. By the time I checked out I received 12 emails what nonsense. I continued getting emails when I was checking out still asking me for government ID.

I liked how cute the loft was. It was so charming & welcoming. Also, the fact that it is located downtown was amazing. Loved my stay. Will be back for sure. Hopefully soon;)

Overall the place was basically clean but I had to remove hair from the shower drain. I was a little disappointed with that. The bathroom counter was a bit dirty and there was dust at some places in the loft. But like I said OVERALL it was great.

The owners did a great job providing a very upscale modern vibe while preserving the historic feel of the building. Easy to find and check in. Very clean and fresh. Wonderful central location in a nice town with a lot going on.

No elevator to the second floor and we had some heavy luggage.

Great location and nice interiors. Helpful to have a washing machine and dryer.

The kitchenette could have been better stocked. Whilst there was cutlery there was no plates or bowls. I brought back some takeaway that I had to eat out of a mixing bowl! Also, the blinds should block out light for sleeping.
