The sincere welcoming from the minute I walked through the door with my grand daughter from the front desk employee, named Randall or Randy. He was so chipper and kind and welcoming. Never experienced that type of welcoming ever. I have a mobility device and he was very accommodating. Very pleasant personality, you just felt safe and welcome throughout our time there, while visiting family. Would highly recommend.

Not that I didn't like it, but my grand daughter had said the pool was very cold. Wasn't a big deal, just not sure if it was heated or not? I did not research that, in saying that, others in the hotel were enjoying it.

Staff was very friendly. I had a special request to be on the ground floor because I can't do stairs and they got me a ground floor room close to am entrance. Also their curb is slope not a step made it so much easier for me with my cane.

The room only had 2 "waiting room" chair. Not very comfortable. A living room chair would have been nice. Our room was not cleaned between the 2 nights. The hot items for the breakfast were cold and dried out.

Loved the location. Our check-in was a breeze, and the gentleman at the desk was incredibly pleasant. We loved our room. It was spotlessly clean, and it was perfect for our stay. It has a restaurant a few steps away from the front entrance where we enjoyed a wonderful supper. There are so many shops and a mall within close walking distance.

The breakfast room was tiny and even though we got there shortly after it opened space was limited for picking up breakfast and garnering a seat to eat. You felt that you had to rush once you were seated because others were waiting to come into the area. With all that being said, breakfast was delicious.

The room was on the ground floor and we were close to the door so we didn’t have to drag our bags up stairs. The hotel is situated across from Champlain Mall, close to the hospital where we had to go several times, and close to Fabricville, and Chapters. These are the things we like.

The only thing that was missing in the room were two comfortable chairs so that we could knit. But, we asked the manager to find us some and he did his best to accommodate us.

Everything from the minute i came in. Giselle noticed i was limping and said we better change your room to the main floor. Their breakfast was ready hot and exvellent every morning. I slept through the night. Location was perfect for us. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL WEEK.

There was Nothing we didnt like . Absolutely nothing. -Both Giselle and Nicki were pleasant obliging and took care of our needs. Ask Nicki about baking. They suggested to go to the bay of fundy which was a pleasant drive and the bay was amazing to see.

Upon arrival, we were greeted either in French and-or Englis with a smile! Randy was on his shift when we checked in after a day of travel and watching my son and his friends at a Volleyball Tournament. He went above and beyond what was included in the room price and if we were familial with the Dieppe/Moncton area. The the most positive person, Monique, was as helpful for the rest of the evening. Continental breakfast until checkout time, a decent pool at the most 5’ 6” deep, washer/dryer, samall gym area (3 treadmills, some weights and a workout bench. Very clean Price wasn’t ridiculous No carlet in both rooms. Extremely satisfied with our choice and will most definitely book at Coastal Inn Dieppe for our nexte venture!

Very welcoming safe and practical hotel. I was given a room in the renovated wing, which looked brand new and very clean, with a good layout, a good place to put your laptop and work, and open shelving so you don't forget anythign!

I wasn't particularly mesmerized by it's location but it was convenient if you're just passing through on the highway and need a place to sleep. Don't expect to walk to anywhere but the chicken wings restaurant.

Room was renovated and had great beds and shower. Room was very functional.

Breakfast was only ok. The staff didn't have time to replenish the scrambled eggs. The side of meat was greasy mystery meat. I was ok with the hard boiled egg but hubby wasn't. Had toast, cereal, yogurt, juice, good coffee, cereal, pancakes. So still better than those days where you would get a muffin in plastic wrap. Location was not very pretty but it was practical, being near the highways. I would have preferred a place in walking distance of main St downtown.

The location is a big one for me. I enjoy easting at St. Louis Bar and Grill and they share a parking essentially. Also, it's easy to get downtown or out to the shopping area on the other side of the city, starting from there. Room was ideal for me.

I was hoping hot breakfast offerings would have been refilled one more time but, in fairness to staff, I arrived with about only 20 minutes to go.

service was excellent. from Randy at the front desk to housekeeping, they are warm and friendly n answered any questions we had about moncton.

the mini fridge wasn't overly clean but we didn't use it anyways for first night. the breakfast area had weird setup as food kinda separated in two areas n tables in another room. coffee was in lobby.
