There were many staff members, but no one in charge. A phrase like "Let me look after you" would help distinguish responsibilities and allow guests to focus on a single point of contact. This would free up other staff to handle various tasks during check-in, such as answering phones, managing entrance gate operations, and assisting guests who had already checked in. While all of these tasks are important, they can be effectively managed through proper delegation of responsibility.

More time on my schedule to enjoy the facility more. There was more to offer that i didn't have time to enjoy.

This was our second stay as The Hyatt Place as we were attending an event at the Avenir Centre which is right next door. The room was very comfortable with a small sectional where you could watch TV. It was clean and staff were friendly. The hotel was very quiet at night and you couldnt hear anything from other rooms. The only con was that it is close to the railroad track and the train went by very early in the morning. I m a light sleeper so I woke up every morning. Breakfast was included and had lots of variety. Before our event we ate at the Italian restaurant, Carrabba's attached to the hotel and loved the food. Great place to stay. We ll be back.

Everything was clean, the view was amazing on the avenir center , the bathroom was shiny and wow we did love the shower haha! We wanted to stay there forever hahaha! We didnt stay for the breakfast since we needed to leave very early sadly! But next time!

Only thing we didnt really like was just a minor thing , maybe its just us getting old hahahaha! But the bed was too soft for our liking. Like it wasnt a firm ( less soft ) like our bed haha and our back hurt most of the night and we woke couple of times during the night. Might just be our old back hahahaha! Its just a minor complaint other than that we enjoyed our stay , it was worth it and we might come back in the near future :) .

This hotel is right in the heart of downtown Moncton, making it super easy to get to lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops. The nearest Bus 51 (Greenline) stop is just a two-minute walk away, so you can easily catch a ride to Northend or Dieppe (Champlain Mall). Plus, it’s only a 5-10 minute walk to the Maritime Bus Terminal and Via Rail station. One of the best perks is the free breakfast buffet. There’s a great selection, including tasty options like sausages and eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, and fresh fruit. It’s a fantastic way to start your day! The hotel staff are friendly and always ready to help. We booked the 'Specialty King Room with Sofa Bed,' and it was just right for us. The bed was really comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with separate areas for the toilet and shower. Our room was pretty quiet since it faced the train tracks and parking lot. We also appreciated how clean everything was kept by housekeeping.. Overall, this hotel offers a great location, good food, and friendly service. We definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Moncton!

Exceptional helpful staff. Super clean and large size wheel chair accessible room. Much larger that usual size shower with mounted shower seat and grab safety bars, great for disabled or mobility challenged people's. Breakfast very nice and enjoyable. The Hyatt Moncton reception is appealing to the eye and a sizeable seating area attached is suitable for pre check in or as a meeting area post check out. A office area was available if needed. Having you name on the TV info page in your room was a nice touch.

Room was large with a bonus well lit sitting area. Tv was large with reasonable range of channels. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was surprisingly good. I ate at the attached restaurant. Wait staff excellent and parts of the meal were good - I left most of the main…. Loved the walk in shower. Downtown location was excellent!

Thee large window offered lots of light, which was great! The view over the car park, railway line and yards was less inspiring - but not much they could do about that of course 😁🙃

Love the place, the staff and the ambiance of the hotel, we celebrate the New Year's Eve and everything is fantastic, definitely will come back again next year. Security are awesome keeping guest safe.

Just the pay per view movies, I dont know how my 7 yr old son manage to start the movie that cost almost $30 without adult concent. Those movies should have pin or code before purchasing so kids can't watch it easily. Other than that everything is perfect.

The suite was a fair size with wonderful, large windows. The staff were friendly and informative. The King size bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean and tidy. The pool area was nice. The breakfast was delicious, with a fair size selection (bacon, turkey bacon, eggs, waffles, toast, fruit, yogurt, pastries, coffee, juices, milk, cereal, oatmeal, etc).

The pull out couch had some crumbs left over from a previous stay - but I can understand as it is a couch and probably not regularly used as the pull out. The pool was nice, small but did look like it could use a little clean on the sides/walls. Not the hotels fault either, but the restaurant it's attached too was VERY expensive, overpriced and the food really wasn't great.

It is a beautiful and modern hotel. The location is excellent and offers easy access to everywhere. The cleanliness is commendable. The bed is comfortable, and everything was picture-perfect. I recommend it.

Guests shouldn't be charged for parking. There was no microwave oven in our room.

We did not experience the breakfast because we had to leave to catch our flight. But the location was nice. It was a walking distance from the city centre and the restaurants. My children had fun in the pool. The staff is nice and accommodating. We arrived before 3 pm but she allowed us to check in. The room was big and clean with extra pull out coach. It was perfect for us family of 5.
