The gym and pool were great, I was pleased to find a Peloton bike to finish my workout. The water slide was a big hit! The room was clean and functional. The breakfast package was excellent value for our money! The location was central and the town had a little historical feel to it. We ate at the Old Triangle our first night, and it was delicious! The hotel staff were all friendly and extremely helpful!

Our car was broken in to with valuables stolen. There was a “unsafe” feel to the town. The hotel staff were great about it, however, I was disappointed to see my card was still charged for parking. The food at the restaurant could have been better, the salmon on my eggs Benedict was raw.

Staff were incredible. It was quiet, comfortable, and clean. We had a view of the tidal bore (have always loved that) The restaurant was wonderful. Our server Luis was top tier amazing and the kitchen staff sent out a meal that we can’t even put into words how much we enjoyed it. We were welcomed in, everyone was polite and asked if we needed anything anytime we saw them. Very friendly.

This may not be the hotel's problem. I booked from booking dot com. I been using them for years with no issues. This time breakfast was included as what booking dot com said but the hotel said it wasn't included. So my lesson is just make sure you get what they said. I will pay more attention next time. Cost me 60 breakfast cause we thought it was included as what the website said. That was my only issue and again not the hotels fault.

Breakfast was very good with good selection. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

Both staircases were blocked off and an elevator was out of order, leaving one small elevator that was continuously lined up. The staff stairway was available though located in a remote area. I felt the stairs and elevator should have had workers fixing them immediately for safety reasons ( & convenience).

The staff are courteous, professional and very helpful. Provide good and rapid service.

When people come to the pool with their boots/shoes from outside. Not having appropriate footwear or clean ones, walking around the pool and the water was going back into the pool, it's not sanitary.

I reached out ahead of our stay that it was my daughters 12th birthday. Dakota Keating reached out, organized an amazing birthday amenity, and offered to fix our room to one more family friendly. Simply amazing, a simple gesture that my daughter hasn’t stopped talking about! Well done Delta Beausejour and Dakota!

Only One Elevator in service, the other was broken ,a lot of waiting, maybe a microwave would be better in room

The waterslide was fantastic and the front desk staff were very helpful. The March break activity room was great! We felt our dog was very welcome.

The room was smaller than I expected. The Triiio restaurant staff was hit or miss. Some were great and some were not. There was a bit of confusion with the wait staff when we ordered. Also, we did not have houseboats to use as advertised.

The Delta in Moncton is where I stay whether or treveling alone, with my husband, or with my children. This trip was adult only. I enjoyed eggs Benedict in bed, which is one of my favorite parts of the morning. Very happy with it!

I could only stay one night, lol, but can't wait until next time!

Everything is nice especially the pool and slide.

Hope there is a breakfast buffet. Staff could be more friendlier rather than just looking when we are trying to walk with the kids in the lobby. A place for kids could be nice as well.
