Rooms were spacious. Convenient way to enjoy a concert and not drive. Staff at 215pm were efficient and helpful. The room wasn't ready and they told us to come back in an hour.

When we went back to check in at 330 there was a huge line with two different agents at the desk. Slow slow.. having checked in to many hotels, it seemed very inefficient. No tissues in room - empty container. No extra toilet paper. Only 1 pod of regular coffee for 2 people. Cost of room is over priced. No facilities early in morning at hotel

The hotel is located at a high point in Moncton, so you get a great view of the city, which is beautiful. It's attached to the Casino, but not in the center of it, so if you want to gamble, you can, but you aren't surrounded by the gamblers. The staff was wonderful and welcoming with all of my interactions and gave me great advice on where to eat - at the Pub in the casino - yum!

I loved the showers, large parking lot.

There is only one entrance. I could see parking spots in front of my room window but had to go out the front door and walk to the back of the building. There should be atleast 1 entrance in the back of the building. There should be atleast a continental breakfast for the price of the room

It was great. We (family and friends) were able to stay near each other. We were able to walk over to the casino and share a meal together. Play the machines and return together. Was great for us seniors.

Probably if I had won some money. You don’t expect to win. Coming out even is winning. But you like to have fun losing. When the machines keep taking without some back and forth play, it gets boring.

The convenience of location to concert and casino. Bed was very comfortable.

The carpet in the rooms and the carpet freshener. Also can't adjust heat down past 68. It's quite expensive, the rooms are unusually large with a lot of wasted space and furniture. More smallet, cheaper king rooms with a couch would be nice and no carpet. The pool and hot tub open until at least the casino closes would be nice.

Very comfortable clean rooms. Restaurant was great and also provided quick room service.

Just the fact that the layout was a bit confusing if entering from the rear after checking in. Clearer signage would have made all the difference.

Close to all amenities:Casino, food at lounge, buffet was amazing!

The set temperature of my room was extremely cold. Even after I set the thermostat to 73°. Blankets on bed weren't comfortable. Other guests were extremely loud, in the rooms next to, and above mine, but that sort of thing could be expected.

Received an upgraded room and a birthday card in the room. We were celebrating a 40th birthday.

Staff at front desk were preoccupied while checking us in. They were discussing something they needed to fix that was done wrong. Employees at front looked unkempt and not as professional as I expected.

I love how comfortable the rooms were & the bed was definitely comfortable! Very clean in the room & the service was great :)

Losing so much money at the casino but all part of the experience I guess lol

This hotel is beyond expectations for the price. I had 4 glorious days of fun and relaxation. My elderly dog was welcomed, for a one time fee only of $30, not daily! So reasonable. The Shh sign (please do not disturb) was respectfully observed and appreciated. The bed I got was the most comfy king sized bed I'd ever slept in. Luxurious, is all I can say. What a great experience! I will be back for sure!
