Air conditioner broke first night. Informed desk two days in a row but was never fixed. Wanted to use the washer/dryer but broken. Massive pot holes on driveway

The facility was good. It was nice to park in front of our suite. When our original suite wasn’t satisfactory due to inoperable AC we were moved to a suite where everything worked.

Breakfast room was small and got quite crowded. Our original room had an AC unit that didn’t work.

Parking was immediately outside of room with direct access door so very easy to transfer luggage. Comfortable & clean.

Breakfast not organized well, disappointing. Not enough food laid out for the relatively small number of guests (maybe 20) in the breakfast area at anyone time. Very basic selection of food, mostly bread & cereal. Hot food was scrambled eggs & home fries, no meat but was good.

I liked that I was upgraded to a lovely quiet suite. As my room was close to the highway and very noisy. It was very clean and tidy. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Over all it was a pleasant stay and I would come again.

The road to hotel had huge potholes. Breakfast at other Wyndham hotels has a pancake or waffle maker. More selection like bacon ,sausage, hashbrowns like your other branches. Carpets need to be removed. My first room had a huge hole is the curtain sheer. Very visible as soon as your walked in, though rooms were very clean. Need Ice Machine on all floors. Difficult for people with mobility issues to go down to bottom floor to get ice even though there was a elevator available.

Large mounted dispensers of shampoo, etc, rather than all the tiny plastics. Real dishes and cutlery rather than plastic at breakfast. Ability to walk out of first floor rooms directly to parked car.

Entrance road so potholed as to be almost impassable. This is private entrance not public street. Breakfast area too small so overcrowded. Items ran out by 9:00 am on weekday. Lots of noise from abutting freeway and plumbing of rooms above. Hair dryer did not work. Outside of structure needed paint.

What I liked: The hotel has separate bins for recycle, has an elevator, friendly staff, great breakfast, easy access to locations I visited.

The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not accommodate my electric toothbrush plug in. Would be great if you could plug electronics into light fixtures. I heated my magic bag in the microwave on a towel, it burnt the towel & overheated the bag. Didn't think to hit the reset button, my microwave resets after every use. Sorry I burnt your towel.

Quiet location. Lots parking. Room had a power bar mounted on wall between the beds making it easy to plug in electronics. Beds comfortable. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Hot breakfast good.

Long driveway into the property needs to be be resurfaced- lots of holes and bumpy. Need more tables in breakfast area- perhaps arrange as long tables without space between-would almost double the seats.

Got a great deal on suite since I booked online. The breakfast had more selection for fresh fruit, 5 or 6 cereals plus oatmeal. The hot meal consisted of egg, sausage links and patties and home fries. Bottled pomegranate juice plus apple and orange juice from the machine. Many varieties of yogurt and a pancake machine. Everything g for a good hearty breakfast. Close to casino and highways for travelling.

I recently stayed at Travelodge Suites by Wyndham Moncton and had a fantastic experience. Despite some negative reviews mentioning cleanliness and outdated facilities, I was pleasantly surprised to find the place spotless, well updated and smelling great. The LED sign flashing "enter here" made it easy to locate, and once inside, I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, as I couldn't hear other visitors. The beds were super comfy and the provided mini fridge and microwave were much appreciated.

While the highway and heater noise were noticeable, they were not unbearable and didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the stay. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient experience!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a great size. We had an upgrade to a suite with a pullout sofa and another TV. The 2 large beds were very comfortable. We were surprised how great the free breakfast was. We both have wheat intolerance, and we had a good variety of hot food to choose from.The bacon was gone, but they offered to make more. The most unfortunate part is how it's a bit hidden. You need to be watching for the sign to turn into the entrance. It's a bumpy driveway past a lumber yard at the back of the store closer to the road. It was close to where we needed/ wanted to go, so it worked out well. I'd stay there again. 0
