I was very happy with the service and the room itself which was so clean and nicely appointed. The double roller shades made for a very dark room which I very much appreciated. There was so much attention to detail in furnishing the room. As I am vegan and have gluten intolerance issues, I appreciated that (unsweetened) plain oatmeal was part of the breakfast offerings, as well as the soy milk and bowls of freshly cut fruit.

I did use the Barista Soy Plant Milk but it is loaded with additives. Most vegans that I know prefer to use 'Unsweetened Soy by SILK' on their cereal, and it's available in most grocery stores.

We stayed on a weekend at this location. Breakfast was great - toast, bagel, eggs, sausages, ham, potatoes, pancakes, fruit, yogurt - you get the point. The rooms were clean and larger than I anticipated. I stayed on a weekend, so parking was of no concern. I am not sure how equipped they are for parking during the week, as it was in a business district. There were not many shops around and it was quiet. A few restaurants were not far though! The pool was clean and a fair size. The staff were absolutely lovely and treated my wild children wonderfully.

Really not much that I can say we didn't like. I will say that when I turned on the heat in our room because it got quite cold through the night that it smelled bad.

Super clean, new and spacious room. Breakfast was very good. Breakfast area is big. The hotel is located in a quiet place which is not far from retail plazas and Moncton busy zone (mins driving). Easy to access highways. The staff were very friendly. The building is quite new, surrounded by other fancy and new buildings. Hallway at each floor is wider than other hotels. There is a plaza behind the hotel where residents coming in the evening, youth, families... It is a peaceful, quiet and relax place to stay. We love it. If we come back, we definitely will live here.

Many programs on demand but regular TV channels could be better.

The staff was friendly. The king room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a large bathroom and shower. Although I wish the parking was free, (it was $14 + tax I think - my son had it added to his bill) it was convenient that the elevator went down to the underground parking so we never had to deal with the weather when loading and unloading the car. There were 4 of us and we were able to use a table in the breakfast area at night to enjoy a bottle of wine and a game of cards after dinner before retiring for the night. Breakfast in the morning was served 7-10am and had an ample selection of items from sweet to savory.

The underground parking was convenient but it would have been better if it was free.

It was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was really good and lots of space to eat. The bottled water in the room was nice too as an alternative to city water.

Parking was annoying. There was no prior info or signage about underground parking just that it was available. I had to find parking and bring all the kids in before being able to access the parkade. Not a big deal on most days but hard after a long drive where everyone was tired. Even a sign at the garage would have helped because I had to back out of the ramp. The other thing I didn’t like was no bathrooms near the pool. Myself and another family found ourselves in the same situation where we had to get everyone out of the pool and back to the room because one person needed the toilet. If you have kids you know this is no fun.

We arrived early from North Sydney, from the ferry. We had our cabin cancelled inadvertently and had to sleep in the lounge of the ferry. Not good. We arrived unshaven, unshowered etc and needing a clean up. The reception staff pulled out all the stops to get a room ready for us. Fantastic and such a relief and the travel to the ferry had been a drive from hell - snow, rain, mist etc. The room was perfect, bed - very comfortable. Breakfast was definitely better than so many others. Good choice of cereals, hot food, and hot drinks. The staff that we encountered were all polite and pleasant and well trained. We had to stay an extra night due to weather conditions to our next destination. Not a problem and we had an extra very good day exploring the town of Moncton. This was certainly worth it. The staff at this hotel are well trained and exhibit a very good culture within the hotel.

The location is close to the downtown core, just a short drive away. The room had high ceilings and was clean and comfortable. Complimentary laundry facilities on site for guests was awesome for our week on the East Coast. Breakfast daily with great coffee.

Breakfast could have been better; potatoes were not great and tasted old, and the eggs were tasteless crumbles. Chairs in the breakfast area need to be reupholstered or swapped as they are in disrepair.

We stayed for a hockey tournament and had a great time- the kids enjoyed the pool and gym and also the beautiful outdoor rink in the back of the property. Staff were so friendly, especially the reception gentleman. The hotel itself is very nice and clean, and we all thoroughly enjoyed breakfast.

The majority of the parents were a tad upset that the bar (which is advertised online) isn’t currently operating. Having the bar open would be a great asset to the hotel, as its location is optimal for all guests, especially those with children looking forward to a drink in the evenings while the children hang out in their rooms or the lounge area adjacent to the bar.

Check in agent Mike was so very nice to us. We arrived very late and very tired, and he made the check-in go quickly so we could get to sleep. Bath towels were soft, and the room comes with warm bath robes. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were perfect. Aside from a few flaws, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Arriving at the hotel we did not know where to park our vehicle, so left it on the road. We never did know where parking was for the hotel guests. Better signage to let people know where to park would be a big help. Music in breakfast area was too loud. The TV was on, showing morning news; but no sound, just repeat music from overhead speakers. If you want to show the morning news, turn on the volume and turn off the music. You must choose between TV or music.

Hotel looks new although it's been there for 8 years. Very clean and well kept. Our rooms very comfortable. Breakfast is typical for hotels in a nice location that also has outside seating in good weather. Street parking is ample or you can park indoors for a fee. Staff were very friendly.
