Room 31 was nice,warm,comfortable in a winter storm. The room was very clean, the mattress was extremely comfortable. Having access to TV, internet, fridge, microwave, all so convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. My very first time staying at this motel, I have plans on returning some weekends, for a relaxing get away. Stores and restaurants nearby, walking distance The attached restaurant, so good food, was extremely extraordinary good , with great reasonable prices.the waiter was extremely polite, as it also has a comfy atmosphere, very clean restaurant

Location to ferry and to a grocery store/Tim Hortons/a few other outlets is excellent. Housekeeping and front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

For the price, which was more than a chain hotel we usually stop at, the breakfast did not have many options. I do understand that it's a smaller community and likely not able to hire someone to cook eggs, etc., but a few more items like fresh fruit (not packaged with so much sugar added) and cheese would be good for those who don't just want or can't have bread/cereal.

The breakfast in the morning was convenient and a relaxed setting to help yourself. The counter space was clean and there were three types of cereal, three types of bagels, juice and coffee/tea and yogurt. It was helpful to have a fridge & microwave in our room. Check in and check out was very easy and staff was friendly.

Good location for where I needed to be. Room was clean, looked recently renovated.

Had to step into the shower to turn it on, no grab bar, door opened into toilet. Front door tight at top gapped at bottom. Lots of channels on the TV, but sound was crackly.

As advertised as a cont. Breakfast it was terrific. To have .ugs and cutlery instead of paper and plastic was wonderful. Clean and lots. Thank you.

The night check in Jim was simply fantastic. I would recommend this place to anyone. The location was top notch, ask for Jim he will help you out. The restaurant was amazing, great food, hot and fast. Super reasonable price.

I don't think that was the standard of the coastall in that we have been. There was spider thread on the wall and the toilette was not clean properly.

The location was very convenient. The breakfast was good and plenty for us. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

Great location for the Wharf Rat Rally.

Parking for corner rooms is confusing. Someone blocked me in when they parked where there was no parking spot. The breakfast leaves much to be desired. More items should be added. No fresh fruit, egg, muffins, etc....

The room was very clean and quiet and good value for the price.

No wifi and breakfast needed some protein, like maybe even hard boiled eggs and better coffee. (although Tim’s is just a short walk)
