The location and view from our balcony was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Got some great coffee in the morning at the The Sea Biscuit next door. Was an easy trip for us to Brier Island from there the next day.

The coffee maker didn't seem to be working and the pillows were on the small side but these were minor concerns for us. We thought the price was a little high but we did stay there in prime tourist season so not unusual.

Located in the center of town makes for a quick an easy walk for dining, shopping and walking along the boardwalk or to the farmer's market. The rooms are clean, bright and comfortable, with everything you need. The owner and staff are amazing- friendly and helpful; we always look forward to seeing them each year when we come! We will definitely book again next Summer. Always fun stuff in the Shoreline Gift Shop as well.

Black out curtains for night time, and a small table lamp for the evenings would be helpful to make the room more comfortable for those who like a darker room for sleep/softer light.

Easy access to the town centre and restaurants, shops and the waterfront. Nice view of the harbour and fishing fleet from from the balcony.

Adjacent to a boatyard where work started at 0800. Balcony adjacent to extractor fan from kitchen of nearby restaurant which ran until 1900 each evening also with some smells of fried food (wind direction dependant) Have difficulties with connecting with the internet despite local attempts to fix the problem.

Great location near the harbour...could see part of it from our room. Table and chairs in room for eating. Over-sized bar fridge for food storage. Very clean, and in excellent condition. Convenient to downtown eateries. Found a "rail-trail" for biking along the shore. Friendly staff. Nice area to explore around the town. Plenty of parking nearby.

There was a distant "thumping" noise (a compressor from a cooler?) which made one bed less than ideal for sleeping. Beds were very firm.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and on the sea shore, with sea view from some rooms. Clean, comfortable beds, strong Wi-Fi. Some cutlery was very welcome! We arrived late, but we called the provided number and someone came to let us in within a minute.

The walls are very thin, easy to hear the neighbours. Everything else was great.

Loved the view from the balcony overlooking the water and boats and the location. Good parking.. The lady in the gift shop where you collect the key was lovely.

There was tea, coffee, and sugar available, but only disposable cups for hot and cold drinks. No crockery. There were a couple of real knives and forks and spoons.

The rooms were exactly as described. There was lots of parking here. We could walk to everything in the waterfront downtown area. We had a problem with our coffeemaker which they looked after quickly.

Our rooms were on the 2nd floor and the stairs going up were not great for carrying luggage up.

The owner was friendly and knowledgeable about the town and gave us great ideas of where to eat and what to see. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Yarmouth as it is quite inexpensive as well.

Nothing that I can think of, it was a great experience all around.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. First impressions as you check-in and enter at the staircase make you wonder about the location, but once you are in the room, it is lovely. The view from the deck was a nice way to start the day with a coffee.

Check-in office and signage could be better.

The host was wonderful, reserved us a parking spot directly in front. Good thing as there was a festival in town, and it would have been a problem. Nice clean comfortable room. We would not hesitate to go back, when in the area.

Friendly, helpful hostess. Clean comfortable room, easy parking. Recommended Fundy Restaurant near by, and we returned 3 times, it was excellent.
