The staff were really helpful and understanding about our having to have a late checkout because of car repairs. They came by in the morning to refresh the towels. The room was clean and quiet and, being on the first floor, had a door going out and a parking space in front of it for us. The location is very convenient. The breakfast is very good.

Aside from the exercise room, which one of my sons said could use more things, we had no issues with anything.

We initially wanted to spend a couple of nights at the Travelodge while visiting friends in Pictou. However, my husband came down with a cold, so in order for him to rest and heal, we ended up staying 5 nights. It was ok, nothing special. What made it good was the staff.

When we first inquired about a room we were told the place was sold out. No mention of booking.com which was disappointing because there were rooms left on booking.com, but for some reason, we forgot to check the site. Location is off the highway with nothing around to get a decent meal, only fast food joints :( The breakfast can be easily skipped; nothing healthy there! Since when Travelodge charges $200+ for a night? It's obscene.

Location. Price. That there was an elevator, so we didn't have to drag our suitcases up the stairs. The room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The assigned breakfast area was small and congested. There were a limited number of toasters resulting in people waiting impatiently to use. Also limited seating area due to a number of people in period costumes and a film crew standing around in the eating area

The facilities were great and the suite was in a good size. The beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful and freindly. It was also very helpful to have washing machine available for us to use.

The air conditioner was very noisy and the windows were very small. The sofa was fine but felt that it would be more comfotable to have foot rest and side tables.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had variety. The wifi worked well and the location to the main highway was great. A well known restaurant was in walking distance.

There were yappy dogs! Some inconsiderate guests arrived after midnight. They were shouting in their room for an hour. The front desk responded quickly when informed.

Enjoyed that we could have our senior dogs with us and were welcomed upon arrival :) The room was clean and spacious.

Overall, it was a positive experience, with just a few minor issues. 1) Microwave turntable is broken. 2) The room was extremely cold upon arrival, and it took most of the evening to warm up. We used extra blankets.

I have never stayed at a hotel that was so welcoming! Denise was so kind and friendly. We had been traveling for about a week and found laundry for a fee was available. The room was so quiet and clean. Our favorite baseball team won! Thanks so much!!!! The breakfast was so good. Close to PEI ferry.

Everything was excellent. The staff was very helpful with finding out a perfect place to eat since it was pouring rain and was able to have take out. Also, we found out that we were going to get a room for handicap accessible and since we did not want to take a room for a handicap they gave us an upgrade, which was very much appreciated after a long motorcycle ride..

Amenities were great! Room, staff, elevator, parking all great.

Could use a rolled up bath mat under the vanity to use while showering, even though the tub had ridges/roughness to prevent slipping, after using hair conditioner the tub was slippery, we did not think/know to call desk to ask for one.

First time staying at TraveLodge, but it certainly won't be the last. The room was huge, and we found it to be very comfortable.

The only thing that I found to be irksome was that the provided list of TV stations wasn't accurate; however, when I mentioned it to the desk clerk on checking out, she said they were aware of the problem which was in the TV set itself. No other complaints.
