Breakfast was fine. It's sad to see that someone at the top has decided to paint the bricks on the building.....to upgrade??? Painting must be done again and again, and bricks are far classier. Also covering the skylights in the front desk area is a really dumb move. Natural light is far more comfortable, healthier, and classier. The people working at the desk were excellent, but the decisions by the upper management seem strange.

The hotel is very good. The room is clean, the beds are comfortable, the furniture is good. The room has everything you need: a microwave, a refrigerator, a hair dryer, an ironing board, an iron. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good. The location is excellent. There are many shops nearby.

No possibility to wash your own clothes. No washing machine and dryer for guests

The breakfast was amazing for a free hotel breakfast. Waffles were very good, potatoes not soggy etc. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. Temperature in the room was good.

The time for the breakfast ending at 9:00am was a bit early. Most places I’ve seen offer the breakfast until 10:00am on weekdays, that would’ve been a better timeframe for me as I arrived late at the hotel around 3:00am.

We didn’t realize that there was no elevator, and unfortunately we were given a 2nd floor room. It was difficult to get suitcases up the stairs (both my sister and I have ruptured discs in our backs. Also, our room was never cleaned on our 2nd morning, so we had no clean towels to use and didn’t get back to the hotel until very late.

Overwakk is was a comfortable room, but small. But, This was where we had stayed two nights beforee and we needed a first floor room for my wife. While we were originally slated to be in a 2nd floor room, the offie person made a change so that we had a 1st floor room on our return. This made it perfect.

The fact that it did not have an elevator.

The staff seemed to enjoy working there. They offered small toys out front for little kids. the room had a bathtub and many tv channels. The hotel is quiet, with mostly adult guests, not like the Tru hotel down the road, which is very loud with tons of kids. Even though the location is on the main road in Yarmouth, the room is quiet. They offered a grill and chairs outside for guests. Enough parking. Early check in time is nice. I would stay again.

Rooms were a bit hot, as the AC slows down from like 11pm to 7 am. Bring a fan or ask to be on the first floor, as those rooms have big balcony like doors. The breakfast is basic. Housekeeping hit and miss. We knew they would only clean the room after three nights, which is fine, but when they did they missed replacing some items, and they did not make my bed ( I think because I had a clothes item on the bed and maybe they are told not to touch people's personal things.)

First floor. Excellent choices for breakfast. Liked having sliders in room to go inside.

Husband fell on step at back door going to car and spent 4 hours in hospital and it would have been another 4-6 hours to see doctor. Triage nurse wrapped torn knee and elbow so he could leave. He’s been treated in our home clinic since! Sorry he left a lot of blood on the walkway!

Very clean. All the staff were awesome! Super friendly and helpful. Specially kudos to Bria who was working in the breakfast nook. She was hardworking every minute I ran into her and so kind to guests. Example….I was following a gentleman in the hallway who was bringing back his breakfast tray. She stopped him and offered to take his tray since she was “going that way”. Such a sweet gesture 😊

Tv did not work in first room so we had to move after we had settled in. Smelled like air freshener covering up tobacco smoke 😳

Great location, good breakfast with nice selection of foods. A good sized Clean room with everything we needed. The staff was very pleasant. Good value for our money.

We had no complaints other than people were talking very loudly in the room(s) below us well past 2:30-3:00AM on our second night there. We were able to fall asleep.

Lose to ferry and main roads. Walmart right in back of property so we could pick up water and supplies for our trip. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Nice that ground floor rooms had slider out to parking area. Dede t sized breakfast area. Rooms very clean and quiet
